This place has become a favourite of ours. Whether it be a full breakfast hangover cure, a family roast or a quick sandwich on the go this place has it all!! The food is homemade, hot & scrumptious. However, be warned if you want a table for Sunday lunch you'll need to pre book. Definitely worth taking the 5mins to find a parking spot.

Gillian's kitchen represents extraordinary value for money. There is a wide variety of food options available on the menu and the food itself is prepared to a high standard using quality ingredients. I would recommend Gillian's kitchen without hesitation. The staff are friendly, courteous and deliver a quality service. Top marks.

A little gem! Travelled from Towyn, where we are holidaying to find somewhere nice for my vegan family to eat. The choices for vegetarians and vegans are extensive, and the portion sizes are actually boardering on too big! Exceptional value for money. 2 roast dinners for the kids, 1 roast for my wife, a burger and chips for me, an ice cream, milkshake and 2 cokes - £31! The entire family loved it and will be returning with more family next time. It's great to find a place that caters to all. I can't rate it highly enough!

Quite simply the BEST Sunday Roast on the PLANET ! I used to work in the village and used the cafe regularly, great portions, friendly staff and GREAT value. But if that's not enough to convince you all I can say is that I no longer work in the village but will gladly make a 20 mile round trip for their Sunday Roast. Absolutely delicious, put their Roast Dinner on your bucket list, it's out of this world !
