Absolutely fantastic all round been coming to sapphire for years, you are very welcomed with happy faces and great service, the food is exceptional 😊 .we have had lots of other dishes and all excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great curry and kebab.

I had the nicest Lamb staff curry from here on Saturday. The meat fell from the bone so succulent and the flavors where our of this world. I love a lamb on the bone curry and since moving back to Oldham nearly 3 years ago failed to find until Saturday. Thank you

Sapphire are the best. I ordered from Wythenshawe tonight by mistake but my order seamlessly arrived from Oldham ahead of time! Excellent service above & beyond x
