If you take care of the little things the big things will fall into place. Demonstrated here. I am going to cut to the chase…GREAT STAFF, GREAT SERVICE at all levels. Fell into place for lunch yesterday, returned for dinner tonight. Great pizza, scrumptious arancini, and refreshing caprese salad. Management was present, and personally ensured a fantastic experience and his team delivered. I shared my experience with all my friends, and I will definitely return.

Wonderful experience. From the time my friend and I entered, until we left, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and engaging. The food was very good, as was the service. Half sizes are available on some of the lunch items. We both had Pasta and were very pleased. Shout out to Nathan, one of the Back Waiters. His friendly, courteous way of engaging with us, made this an outstanding first visit. Would Recommend for special occasions at dinner, and a way to treat yourself for lunch.

I finally got the chance to check this place out! I love the atmosphere and the service! My waiter was extremely kind, as well at the employee who brought out my food and other workers I encountered. I love how the upstairs dining area is set up in a way where it’s comfortable for bigger crowds and intimate dinning experiences. I felt the food was ok. I ordered the lobster pasta dish; the sauce base is the restaurant’s lobster bisque. I found the sauce a bit too running and wished it was creamer. I would just get the soup instead. I chose a side house salad for an appetizer. It was a good portion size; the complimentary bread was ok. They have crafted mocktails! Definitely give one of those a try! This is a nice spot to go on a date night, friends night out, family get together or if you just want a nice dinner alone!

Have been wanting to try this place since it opened. Was finally able to make it over for a birthday dinner. If you are looking for a nice restaurant with good Italian food, then this will hit the spot. Multiple bar areas and lots of seating inside or on the front/back patios. Overall, it was a bit pricey, but what nice restaurant isn't these days. Was fairly busy for a weekday. Definitely will be back and try again.

One of the best restaurants I have been too! The food and drinks were incredible. The waiter Louie gave out awesome recommendations. I will be definitely going back. Make sure to get the lobster or crab pasta dishes.

The long-awaited opening of Salt & Vine had to be the talk of the town in Olney for months on end. The constant renovations and continual work lived up to expectations and legends in the making. They kept the old brick oven imported do the previous owners, but that’s it! Everything else- floor to ceiling is renovated, renewed and replaced. This posh spot is the place to be for handmade pastas, brick oven everything- and little details like their own house made Amaretto- that make it so much more than another pizza place. They’ve etched their their stay in the much needed upper-scale dining scene that Olney does not have much of but speaks to a large demand. When you visit ask for a tour, even if you plan to sit at the bar. Make sure to ask for Tim if you do go to the bar - he is an animated and knowledgeable bar manager who will make your entire outing magical!

What a superb dining experience in a really unique restaurant space! From the minute we were greeted at the entrance restaurant, I knew that it was going to be an amazing dinner with top notch service - and I was right. The menu has a wide range of selections for any dietary type - which is great because there is something for everyone. The antipasti options are very reminiscent of what you would hope for with an Italian restaurant, and the pastas, pizzas and entree options all sounded delicious. I was really impressed with everything that we ordered; from the food menu as well as their cocktails. One thing to keep in mind is… the news of the amazing food and great service has certainly spread! So, to avoid disappointment, make sure that you make a reservation in good time. I made a few attempts to book a day or two in advance and there was no availability! But that is to be expected with such a gem of a restaurant! Huge congratulations to the team at Salt & Vine - and I cannot wait to visit again!

Unique restaurant in Olney, tucked in off the main drag so that you'd never know it's there! The food, especially the appetizers, were really well done. I highly recommend the charcuterie platter. Parking is ample, and the restaurant is handicapped accessible, and has handicap parking in the front. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and about the food and how it was prepared. They have a good selection of wines and this is a great place to stop on the way home or on date night.

We had a great time here for dinner as our first visit to the new restaurant. The style was elegantly designed. Jamie was our waitress and she was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious! We absolutely recommend the meatballs and pasta dishes. We would definitely go again!

Quality ingredients and well-prepared food in a well-designed and newly-renovated historic building. Nothing else like it in the area. The beet salad was excellent. The burrata prosciutto dish was particularly good and we’re not typically big prosciutto fans. We’ll be back for sure.
