Hidden Gem in Orpington... Omg discovered this turkish delight by accident one lunch time, then brought the family. I knew they enjoýed it because their plates were clean and so will you. Music rocks too as does the service. Your in for a treat as this is turkish with a twist. Go check it out and support local business.

You cannot go wrong visiting this restaurant! The food is absolutely amazing, delicious, fresh and well prepared. The cocktail & drink menu is plentiful. The staff are very kind and welcoming. You receive a thorough great service and experience a great time from the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend this eatery and will definitely be returning, with a few extra people too!

Had lunch with my family at this restaurant in the heart of Orpington High street. Pros: 1. A very nice and cosy place with both indoor and outdoor seating 2. Entire staff was very friendly and courteous 3. Food was fabulous 4. Very reasonably priced Cons: Cant think of any. Will certainly visit again.

My partner and 1 went here for the 1st time today. We had chicken shish, salad, rice , lamb kebab, plus calamari . Really nice, well cooked and a very good price too. We were served by a very polite young lady ( cant recall her name , but had a piercing) . Definitely going back there. Might even have a cocktail this time

We've lived in the area for some time and have often said we will take a meal in this restaurant as my wife is Egyptian and finds it difficult to get good quality middle eastern food. Me, my wife and two children made a point of eating in here this afternoon and we were so glad we did. We were served by a very polite and courteous young lady called "India" and I have to say that the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping out with the menu. This restaurant is a small but with a good spacious airy feel to it. We sat down to eat and and was served up some complementary bread and Houmas immediately. We then ordered a verity of meals, ranging from Mixed Chicken and Lamb shish Kababs, spicy rices, Spicy chicken wings and Chicken burger. We were served as I said earlier by the polite "India" and our meals were presented in a timely manor. Every meal was extremely tasty, well presented and of a good proportions. Every time we ordered extra things or drinks we were served straight away. I can't really say anything about this place which would be bad, so I'll just say this. Keep it up, thank you India for the great service and we'll be back very soon for some more of your delicious food. Thank you so much for a very pleasant afternoon.

My wife and I have always facied trying this restaurant however we also love Scott's pie shop which we always end up in when out in Orpington, however today we finally decided to go for it and try Taste of Turkish. This was a meal out to Celibate our 6th Wedding Anniversary and we weren't disappointed. We were greated by a friendly Young lady and seated promptly, a great choice of Turkish food was available and at a incredibly reasonable price. We opted for two mains with the choice of salads and rice with each. Sadly my favourite dish Adana Kebab wasn't available so I tried the Lamb Shish along with my wife. The food was fantastic and full of flavour and we both fully enjoyed our meals. The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy, the waitresses were well presented and extremely polite and the toilet were very clean indeed. We both throughly enjoyed our experience at Taste of Turkish and would definitely recommend to anyone who already likes or would like to try Turkish food.
