Amazing Sunday lunch. 2 courses for 12.95. I had lamb, the Mrs had the chicken ( a whole breast) with loads of veg, mash and roasties, a boat load of gravy and Yorkshire pud. Honeycomb cheesecake for desert topped it off nicely. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.

A party of us ladies were at St James for our evening Christmas meal on Monday 12th December. The food was very good, although very generous, but take away trays with lids could be provided.

Called in for a Saturday lunchtime meal. Burger was excellent and a pleasant atmosphere. Gang of blokes came in to watch the rugby and were friendly even a few pints in.

We booked st james for dads funeral,,reception/wake..the staff ,were so helpful...and the day went so smoothly,,and the buffet was exceptional...everyone commented!!! So ,well done to all the staff..good team work..and will definitely recommend!!! Big thank you xxx ♥️
We had a family gathering here after my mum's funeral. The venue was excellent, the staff fully accommodating and nothing any bother for them. The food was suberb too.
