Friendly lovely pub with good real ale sat out in sunshine locals so friendly. Staying in Appletree Cottage. Beautiful village and lovely pub

Visited here as we also live in Ovington (ours is in Northumberland) very small village enjoyed the walk pub didn't open till 5.30 pm on a Saturday

Christine and Dave were great hosts. Very good beer from local brewery (Mythril Ales). Open 5.30 to 11 Wed to Sat. Great menu options, friendly locals, small about 7-8 tables and 4-5 at bar.

Cosy - very cosy. If you can get a table it's very well worth it. Very friendly and accommodating staff and a great dining experience. Lovely place.

Cosy little village pub, family run and friendly. Food choices are limited but good food and decent portions. Do check their website for opening hours before you set off!
