Cuttlefish - Oxford - Photo album

Had a lovely lunch on a Saturday away from all the crowds. The shared fish platter was amazing, fish cooked to perfection. Staff lovely. Can’t wait to return on our next trip to Oxford area
Don’t be put off by occasional negative reviews. Satisfied customers don’t usually consider reviewing. Three of us had a delicious well cooked hot evening meal this week. Staff are efficient friendly and professional. Table spacing is good so you can talk and hear your friends. Thank you.
Very nice place with a Mediterranean vibe if you are into fish. Their portions are hearty and I can highly recommend their fish soup and fritto misto. It’s perfect for both a date night or a night out with friends.
Black squid ink spaghetti with mixed seafood is amazing! Loaded with various pump fresh-looking goodies. The sauce is tomatoey, gently garlicky, with a warm hint of spiciness, and perfectly coats the pasta. Lights up my day in the rainy weather. (Thanks for providing the spoon. I literally emptied m
A lovely restaurant near central Oxford- the staff were extremely kind and helpful, although the coffee was extremely slow to come. The food is delicious and the fish is fresh and high quality. The prices are also fair, £22 for a large half lobster and delicious crab linguine is definitely not a bad
We had lunch here. Seafood were fresh cooked in delicious way. Worth to go!
I had the mixed fish mixed grill with trout, sea bass, red mullet, prawns and squid with salsa verde and samphire. It was absolutely delicious.
Really nice restaurant with a varied menu. Has an accessible entrance but the loos will be hard to use for a wheelchair. Otherwise worth. Visit for the extensive fish menu and various cocktails and soft drink mixups.
Such a find, and will be coming back for sure. My husband and I fancied seafood and this didn't disappoint. Out eldest likes some seafood and enjoyed trying new things. For those who are not keen on fish or seafood, there are burgers and grilled meat with fires which our youngest enjoyed. We ordered
Excellent restaurant for seafood! We had mussels, oysters extremely fresh, pasta and fishcake!! If you’re a fun of oysters definitely recommend those, fresh from the sea!
Overall, tasty food in an informal setting with decent wine and a good selection of desserts. Quite pricey for what you're getting, especially as there's fish and chips every other street. Service was OK, although we did visit on a Saturday night with a full restaurant and several large parties. Th
Tried this place as it was one of top places to eat. Very friendly islam lady was on her own, yet managed very well, was attentive and knew what is there. We tried Mediterian fish soup, that was very tasty and a mixed fish grill, that was well done and fishes were great. Place has a lot of spaces, b
Been here many times, food and service is always good. Their oyster is very fresh and juicy, fish and chips is very cripsy but not oily. Their mussel is lovely too. Been there once, the squid was cooked too salty and the manager helped me to change another new one. It is lovely. We used to love the
Food is decent, but a bit overpriced for what you get. Our waitress was not a good communicator -- and she took away our 5 pound bottle of sparkling water (with water still in it) and brought us another we didn't want or ask for. Weird.
Was visiting Oxford with family for Oxford U open day and was trying to find a place to eat in town. Did not have high expectations but was genuinely very happy eating here. The food was surprisingly very good, particularly the fritto misto the seafood was seasoned and fried to perfection. Service a
