The Jam Factory - Oxford - Photo album

What a fabulously gorgeous cafe this is! I was looking for some good coffee while my friend was looking to get some beer. Since we were suggested this cafe by a friend of ours who had been to Oxford earlier, we trusted her and went ahead. Boy, the coffee they served was fabulous! With that I had or
Lovely trendy bar near the train station. Great atmosphere with a good selection of food and drinks. It was nice to see a mix of all ages eating drinking and having a good time. Friendly staff who welcomed us in when I was looking a bit lost for somewhere to go for a quick drink whilst waiting fo
Perfect spot for lunch. We sat outside in the sun and had the sourdough sandwiches which were absolutely delicious. Coffees were also amazing!
We were looking for a place to have lunch and decided to try The Jam Factory. We were seated promptly and given menus but then the server disappeared. We ended up ordering food from the bar. Our party of three had an order of the roast beef dinner and two orders of the Lady Cluck grilled chicken on
Tasty, but the laid back service struggled with how busy moules mercredi was, meaning the bar was full of staff who needed prompting to serve and one girl was serving the whole restaurant alone!
nice pub food with interesting decor. definitely worth a visit.
During lockdown they've overhauled the decor here and it's now got a light clean fresh look. They are currently (Sept 2020) operating an order from table through your phone using a QR code type system which works well. I love the relaxed ambience of this place.
Old marmalade factory, now converted to bar, restaurant, art gallery and performance/events space. Decent bar, and food good, with big portions. A little disconcerting to be eating your dinner as people stroll past your table looking at the art (which is for sale) on the walls. Live music also on wh
Chill place with good breakfast! So big & comfortable with nice staff too! Love the coffee!
Massive space with super friendly staff. English breakfast was excellent and the coffee was well-made. WiFi and outlets available to work.
Great place, loved the vibe and the concept. Waiters were really nice. First place I’ve been to where they don’t charge you extra for vegetables milks.
Interesting place close to the train station in an old jam factory. Food and drinks are pricey. Coffee definitely not good...Update (December 2021) A Christmas dinner organized there; the food/deserts selection was really tasteful and the staff was smiley and make everything to offer a high level se
Friendly and helpful personell. Excelent food and drink! Atmosphere vibrant of life. Modern furnishing, enveloped in classic architecture. Close to the railroad station. An easy choice, if you're looking for a great start of your day in Oxford!
Found via the Guardian's top 10 list for craft ale. There was only 1 cask pump I could see which seemed to be off rather than 2 but a nice selection of keg beer - local (tap social) and some further afield (St. Austell) / Belgian. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the space is just so be
A quirky and interesting place combining good food and Art. Brilliant selection of coffee, teas and beers and food for lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals. New in the next two weeks is a mural by a local artist followed by her exhibition starting on 20th November.
My friend had his wedding party and speeches here. We were there all day and had a lovely time. Buffet food was very good and the atmosphere of the venue was exactly what was needed. Lived in Oxford all my life and this was the first time I'd visited... I've been missing out this whole time!
A really lovely place, went today for Mother's day and had the roast, it was delicious, perfect portion, amazing home cooked taste. We also treated ourselves to some cakes which were really yummy! Handing out bunches of flowers to the Mothers was a beautiful touch and my mum really appreciated it.
Really pricey menu but good food and a great bar with a quirky atmosphere, staff are really friendly and the history of the place is so cool, they should embrace it even more!
