Absolutely brilliant! We recently hired the party room at the Varsity Club for my wife's birthday (about 60 people) and we had a truly wonderful evening - loads and loads of dancing and celebrating! The Manager, the Supervisor for the evening, the brilliant DJ, the bar staff, the kitchen staff and everybody else went out of their way to make it an absolutely special event. Every little need was catered for including some great food from the kitchen and storage of a surprise birthday cake that was walked out onto the dance floor - superb! We can't thank the Varsity Club enough, highly recommended!

We had cocktails on the roof terrace which was great. Roof terrace was full (hot weather) but the bar room one floor down was virtually empty with air con for those that wanted a cooler, quieter environment.

We had some cocktails in its rooftop bar. The views over Oxford spires are absolutely charming. If possible take advantage of the special offers.

We only had drinks here. Great venue for roof top views but just not enough staff to serve. They were friendly but had to get their attention. Reason price and worth going there for the views.

I highly recommend this place for a lovely sunny day! It offers stunning views and has a delightful atmosphere. While they had some excellent cocktails on the menu, I feel they could expand their selection. I was specifically craving an espresso martini, but the only option they provided was to order it at the downstairs bar and bring it upstairs, which I didn't find entirely fair or convenient. However, aside from that minor inconvenience, it's a place that I wholeheartedly recommend visiting!
