Have tried quite a few bubble teas around oxford and this is hands down the best. Highly recommend! But unlike other branches, this chatime doesn't do the loyalty QR code on the app.

The drinks always taste nice and the staff are always good. The only 'bad' stuff is that the branch closes so early now at 9pm instead of midnight, a few months ago and they always run out of tapioca quickly.

First time trying Chaitime yesterday. Came in whilst it was busy but Amy on the till kindly took my order although clearly busy with other orders. She guided me through the process and made my drink too (btw i reccomend trying the brown sugar roasted milk tea). Great example of customer service, I will definitely be coming back!

Edit:
I popped by today and tried the winter melon tea latte (honestly the worst drink on the menu.. avoid at all cost!). Gabriel noticed I wasn't too happy with it and offered to replace with a new one. The service is always amazing and one of the reasons why I stop by this place every week without fail!

OMG, one of the best places i have ever been. I came into the store and was greeted by these two lovely ladies. No other boba shop can compete when it comes to customer service. I ordered a drink call OOOLONG milk tea (highly recommend!!!). Had such wonderful taste that i started smacking my lips together. Most certainly would come again for the customer service as well as trying other fresh flavors.
