Have been meaning to visit this place for a while. The coffee is superb, the environment cosy and relaxed. The food is very reasonably priced and has a great range. The staff are lovely, too. Definitely a hidden gem in Oxford worth looking into if you’re in the area.

This is my favourite place to come for coffee and cake. Vladimira who is in charge of the cafe is a lovely woman. The coffee is great and the cakes are exceptional. It's particularly great if you have young children, as the cafe is right next to the playground.

Found this hidden gem by chance when in Oxford. Coffee is sublime with excellent choice of bagels (incl vegetarian and vegan options) wonderful pastries. Just wish it was nearer lunchtime so i could have tried the goulash. Kiddies play park nextdoor so it must be heaven for moms to meet up.
Gem of a place in unexpected surroundings. Coffee was great and food was utterly delicious. Had the sweet potato, kale and quinoa cakes with salad and my taste buds were deeply happy. Gentle atmosphere and very friendly staff. Worth a visit.
We discovered the Tumbling Bay by accident while looking for the site of the old Tumbling Bay swimming bath. What a great find! Now we regularly stop by for coffee or lunch.
