Ramen soup is great 👍 trust it’s 12 hours simmered otherwise no chance to achieve this high level of tonkotsu soup flavor. Noodles is okay and meets the quality level like other chain ramen restaurant in Japan. Also recommend to choose hard noodles instead of soft one.

Ramens were fantastic. You can choose how much creamy it can be. My favourite of all was the Chicken Karaage. Cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly. You'll be greeted in a Japanese way from welcoming you and saying good-bye. I love their toilets as well. Though dark, it goes well with the theme.
I came here with low expectations, and I was very stunned with the ramen, which was extremely delicious and felt authentic (close to the ramens I’ve had in Japan). The staff speaks Japanese and the atmosphere/decoration is great.

It was super busy, but the staff (mainly Hari) were friendly - they did take quite a while to get round to us so we ended up ordering online. This added an extra 12.5% service charge which we thought was steep and we weren’t able to take it off.
