Excellent service on the whole. Drink prepared quickly and tasted good. Didn't need to wait long as went at 6pm. They had a moveable tray mechanism that made it easier to take the drinks and felt Covid safe.

I broke down on the A420 and the AA limped my car to this Costa. I had my 85yr old mum and 9wk old puppy with me and we'd had a fright breaking down on such a fast and busy road. It was nice atmosphere. We ate in. Quite busy. But very young staff made lots of errors with our order. Which took extended time to put right. Teacup and teapot weren't the cleanest as had off putting stains on. None of staff looked or seemed at all happy to be there. Not one smile. But in fairness

I have used the drive through before and the speed on that is great I think in some ways they give priority to the drive through customers which makes sense.
This is always our first stop on our regular road trips. We even have our own in car mugs now. This branch usual, really efficient, friendly and helpful. We go back regularly

Good place but could do with menu earlier on as it is only available once you get to order point. That means you have to read menu quickly to order because as soon as you arrive you are asked what you want. Speed is of importance at drive through so please address this.
