Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Update: 4/29. Our third time eating lunch at Oxford Olive Garden. Our server, Morgan so so sweet and thoughtful. The meal was delicious again. This is truly the best Olive Garden. We travel a lot and have eaten at many Olive Gardens, none as clean as this one, with outstanding food and service. Our visit in Oxford is coming to an end and we will miss eating here. Previous Review: A very nice and clean Olive Garden. We enjoy eating lunch here when we are in town visiting our family. If you like fried green tomatoes, you have to try the eggplant parmesan. it is delicious. Everything on the menu is good and the take homes entrees are such a good deal. We always get some for our elderly parents. The service is exceptional. We had a small problem with our order and our server Christina took care of the issue quickly and the manager Alyssa came over and apologized personally.

The service was awesome. And the food was great as usual. I enjoyed the Chicken Marsala. It was very filling and fresh. The only complaint I have was the smell. The store had a weird smell that you could sense as you start to walk into the seating area. It overrode the smell of all the food you passed on the way to your seat. But the employees can't do anything about that, so please go enjoy the food and great service from this establishment!!!

What a great dinner! We went on a busy Friday night and after a short 10 minute wait were seated. Our server, Grant, was quick and attentive. The food was all really good. We started with the breadsticks, salad and an order of calamari. YUM! My wife and daughter split the Tour of Italy and gave rave reviews of a classic dish. My son got the steak and Alfredo linguine. The steak was cooked perfectly. I ordered the stuffed shells with grilled chicken and it was really good too. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this location.

Tour of Italy was fantastic (lasagna, Alfredo noodles, and chicken parmigiana). Waitress was even better (Morgan). She made our night special. Big smile and engaging! She talked with us and found out that we were celebrating our anniversary early...without kids while we could. The donut dessert was excellent...make sure you guys (Olive Garden higher ups) look into offering a dark chocolate dipping sauce 😉. Cheers to Morgan 🤗

My family and I visited this location yesterday to celebrate my birthday. There were several mishaps with our dining experience. We didn't complain. It was the day before Easter on Saturday during lunch rush. The manager and waitress were both amazing! Both apologized to us multiple times. One of our kid's order didn't get put in, or either didn't get prepared with everyone else's. They both advised us it was coming ASAP at no charge. They're were a few other small issues with timing and unavailability of things we wanted to order. The manager even dispatched a worker to a local store to buy a missing ingredient for an item we ordered so they could make it for us. Upon learning it was my birthday, and the several issues we'd had, the manager informed my husband she would be covering the entire cost of our meal for the whole family. There were five of us and we were splurging since it was a special occasion. It probably would've been a $200 service. I offered to pay anyway, or at least be allowed to pay half of the tab. They insisted it was on the house and kept apologizing. Superior customer service from both the manager and waitress. I also made sure the waitress was not going to be reprimanded, as things just happen sometimes. She was nothing but accommodating and amazingly polite. I highly recommend this location! We've always enjoyed it! The manager is obviously very invested in the dining experience and enjoyment she wishes for her customers. Also, she's also obviously got a great training program in place. The waitress went strait to the manager and explained everything even though we didn't complain. She showed integrity, and a great work ethic. If the manager wasn't a great leader, I doubt an employee would go willingly "tell on themselves". Weather it was their fault or not. And it really wasn't. I can't say enough good things. We all had a great time, and appreciate the hard work and dedication this management and staff are showing. We'll be back soon!
