I’m not sure if they are under staffed or what but we wait an hour after ordering our food to receive it. The waiter did bring out a couple biscuits to eat while we waited. The waiter also didn’t bring out the extra eggs we ordered and by the time we got her attention we were already halfway done eating. We mentioned that since we were almost finished she did have to bring them out just take it off the ticket. She claimed she couldn’t do that then brought out eggs afta another 15min wait and we were basically done eating. She said no matter what we would have to pay for the eggs because she already rung it up. We left her a decent tip but should of left less for her lying

While staffing didn't seem to be an issue at this location, they were only at about 25-30% capacity at 7pm on a Tuesday night.
Food was good and service was prompt. I had my usual chicken fried chicken and it was awesome.
Another overnight spot for us. RV space is limited at this location but with the low volume of customers for dinner we were able to take an end cap without disrupting other customer parking.

Our first time in Cracker Barrel and we fell in love! Servers are very friendly and most helpful. We were amazed that you don't have to stick with the menu, it's so flexible! Perfect hashbrown casserole and delicious pancakes! We love the store as well - great selection of Christmas decorations, ornaments, candy and so much more!

In from California, visiting family, we enjoyed the Cracker Barrel Restaurant & Gift Shop a few times during our vacation. The food is pure down-home comfort, and just kept us coming back! Scratch-made & delicious, with very generous portions & fair prices. The buttermilk biscuits are heavenly & the pancakes are made the homey way (best!) with crispy edges and deep flavor--served with your own little glass bottle of real, pure maple syrup! The chicken-fried steak is beautifully crispy, yet fork-tender & so yummy! And oh! They've got this iced tea called "Fruit Stand" tea that is to die for!! Absolutely delicious flavor of fresh fruits combined with refreshing brewed tea. Y'all southern folks KNOW how to make tea!! And Cracker Barrel's gift shop is amazing!! Wonderfully curated collections of thoughtful merchandise--unique clothing pieces, home decor, old-fashioned sweets, lovely children's outfits & toys, jewelry, etc. Really pretty displays & so much fun to take your time & look at everything. A special shout-out to Brenda in the gift shop--so kind, sweet, and helpful. Her hospitality was so warm & welcoming--thank you!!

Great service and great job food
Interesting experience, second time around:
Hands down, Jennifer worked tirelessly under extremely hard circumstances. We were a party of nine. I didn't really need to eat but everyone else was served, after we waited a good hour, their food about an hour after we were seated. We weren't served any bread as has occasionally been customary. Food was served at different times, some cold, etc etc.
Found out, they were slammed because they were extremely shorthanded. Communication took place and there seemed to be a better outcome than it could have been for both my party and the waitress minus having to wait with empty stomachs. ..

The food service was horrible. We go there at 6 pm left at 8:30. The food came sporadically and in some cases, namely mine, in not a complete meal. My hamburger which came without the fries was way over cooked. But the worst was the first plate didn't hit our table until 7:15. An hour and fifteen minutes from when we sat down. Go to the Waffle House across the street. Way better service and food

Excellent meal. Our waitress brought out biscuits and that lasted until the main course came out. Really enjoyed my food. After 100s of stopping at cracker barrel, I have never had a bad meal. And brought home enough for supper
