Chick-fil-a

The "drive thru" and pickup here are both a joke! I waited 30 minutes on my food to be brought out today when I used the "drive thru". The last time I used the app to order, they didn't bring my drinks, so they went back in to get them. 15 minutes later, I'm watching the person who brings out the food chit chatting with someone from the "drive thru" who ordered after I got my incorrect order brought out. I finally got out of my car and walked over and took my drinks from her cart! #1 priority should be correcting mistakes, BEFORE you bring food out to those who just ordered! I'll just go fight traffic at the exchange from now on!

I got grilled chicken nuggets like I always do at chic fil a .. the nuggets were a bit dry and didn't have much flavor .. they are usually moist and have a kinda citrus flavor to them...was kinda sad for $8.. I don't know what was up ... maybe they were old ? Anyway I hope they are better next time... I didn't wait long and the young man who brought my food was super nice :)

Love this Chick-fil-A. 😀 If your order is not up to par, they will not hesitate to fix it and make it right. Service is always great and employees are always a pleasure. This is one of the best and my favorite fast food restaurants in Jacksonville. McDonald's and Taco Bell could definitely take a class from them in food service and customer service skills and pretty much how a restaurant should run. If you want good fast food, visit Chick-fil-A. I promise you want be disappointed ....

Just about the only thing my son likes is the nuggets from here. We came on a Saturday and used curb side pickup (which I am grateful for). They forgot to give us our child’s kids meal but the girl went back in and got it for us so that wasn’t a problem. They didn’t put his prize in there so he was a little upset. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the strips were also cooked very well and was delicious. I honestly don’t think we’ve ever had a bad experience with chick-fil-a.
