I've visited this location many times. They had improved greatly until this visit. I walked up to the counter to instantly be told 'we only have apple juice to drink". They didn't even have water. I'm not sure what was going on but it was hard choking down my lunch with nothing to drink. The food was delicious though.

Manager Mateo does not keep his word on what he promises when his store messes up an ENTIRE order and ruins dinner for an entire family. He tells me that he "doesn't really remember what i said that night when you called" yet argued that I wasn't right in what he DID say. Food is never fresh. Order is always wrong. They won't take debit one time, then won't take cash the next. They don't even make their wrongs right. Seems to me the only way to not be cheated out of my money and experience at this Panda Express is to stop going there. Would give 0 stars if I could.

First time eating at a panda express. Can't say I was impressed at all. Food was bland. Didnt even get the stuff I asked for. Aside from rangoons. Everything else was just stuff the picked because they were speaking to each other and not the customer. For $28 dollars I want at least what I asked for. I've eaten at buffets with more flavor and consistency than this place. 0/10 would not eat here again.

Trussville location is terrible. On the door and online the hours state they’re open to 9 p.m. I’ve came here multiple times at 8 or 8:30 and they always say they’re close. Also they’re always running out of food. This location sucks!!!!!! 280 is much better!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!

this is my first time trying to buy food here, and the result is very dissatisfied because the portions are very small and the taste is not so good.. I suggest going straight to a chinese restaurant which incidentally is really a china restaurant

Came here for dinner since it's my final night and tomorrow is my last day of CMP camp aswell as our final competition and when I got the fortune cookie the fortune was so relevant to what I asked I have much more confidence for tomorrow. 🥰

I visit this location at least twice a week through the drive thru. The debit card/credit card machine has been down for over a month. I asked for the general managers name, he said his name was Mateo but he was not allowed to give me his last name. This makes ZERO sense. You have a credit card machine for dine in customers, but not drive thru? Why can't you use one machine for both. He was very friendly but not very helpful at all.
