American Deli

The wings were good. The sauces less than stellar, in fact, a little watery. I had the Family Gold (honey mustard) and the Garlic Parm with fries. The fries would have been good with some salt and ketchup after they went cold. The Garlic Parm was not very garlicky or parmy. Not bad for fast food delivery on the whole.

This was my first experience at American Deli. What a treat. I order the chicken tenders ,with the fries. This is one of those times that I could say, that. I was left surprise. Both the fries, and the chicken tenders were so hot, that I would have walked into any the gheto with confident, knowing that if someone had attempted to assault me. I would have used both the fries, and the chicken tenders as a form of self defense. My agressors would of had been scalded. If they had attempted to assault me. For once no luke warm chicken tenders or soggy frys that remids me of a mother bird feeding a worm to its chick. I have no idea if it was just my lucky day, being father's day. Not only that the staff made me feel as if I was on some sort of game show, like the price is right. As even the staff that had nothing to do with the customer. They said hello as well. The crew on the Quintard location in Oxford Alabama seem to have been in a festive mood, the owner of that location must be happy with that team on sunday father's day. They were excellent.

I had 2 orders to pick up and deliver. First of all the food was placed crooked in the bag so when I got to the car the one with chicken wings was all in the bottom of the bag. I deliver the first one only to find out it wasn’t what he ordered how do you confuse a Philly cheesesteak with chicken wings. Took both orders back to have them fix it. And they refused told me it was my fault no there’s. And the spillage was because I didn’t know how to hold a bag! Then they took the bags of food from me and told me I needed to leave. So neither customer got their food!! Then I went to both customers and personally apologized. Only to talk to others and they had the same thing happen!!

We were at the mall with the fam and we loved that we all could eat in the food court!! A few of us ordered American deli. I got all my order with fried foods but I didn’t get my salad until everyone else was already finished. That is including the whole family! All 8 of us. They just had to watch me eat! After I said something to the manager he asked ME to calm down!! Well it sure would be nice for him to give my food I paid for in a timely manner

The Food is delicious. Unfortunately they are now closing at the ridiculous hour of 7:00. In the past I have ordered twice a week. For those of us that work it's sometimes difficult to order before 7:00. I was told tonight at 6:45 that I couldn't place my order. I guess American Deli is off my list, at least for Week Days. Quintard Mall is open until 9:00 so this makes no sense. I hope soon the hours extend until 9:00.
