This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I went through the drive thru to order and parked in order to check my bag. I noticed I was missing two items and immediately went back to drive thru window. I informed them I was missing my two items and was a immediately treated like a liar. Like it was absolutely impossible that they had made a mistake. The woman on the drive thru line was absolutely hateful. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A SINGLE THING AGAIN, and I will make it an obligation to inform every single person I know of this

Staff was rude. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes just to be told card reader was down. 2 thirds of costumers did not get an order Wich begs the question, why the long wait for nothing. No one outside informing costumers of issues and once u r in drive thru u r stuck bc u can't exit without going all the way thru. I understand issues happen but when a costumers asks about it getting rude is hardly the way to respond.

Been coming here for years and it's usually a good experience. Saturday night their refried beans were burnt so all of the food tasted burnt. Guy at the drive thru had been having a hard day so I figured they were just off their grind that day. I'd still prefer this location over the Anniston/Quintard location any day because they are usually much better.

It took longer than usual for us to place our order bc my Dad forgot his glasses today. The staff was understanding and helped me place my order. Will always love me some taco hell!

Oxford Alabama store Saturday June 11 2022, 5:30- 5:45 pm .. order was wrong ..when in to have it fixed.. . management and employees tried to fight my wife.. followed her out to our car. Refused to give us the corporate phone number..tried to refuse giving us our money back. pretty sure the cameras in the restaurant caught every bit of it. Hope the 4 employees that followed my wife out to her car lose their jobs . Especially the manager who already had a black eye...
