The food was good, as usual. The service was not so much. The sauce dispensers in the lobby only had two, and the cashier didn't ask if we wanted any sauces with our food. I only saw three people working and it's the beginning of the lunch shift so I understand a bit of rush, but the overall service felt inconsiderate towards customers.

My granddaughter loves this place! She even rang the bell when we left!! Staff was friendly. Needed a little stocking done on condiment station but store was clean and they provided items we needed that wasn't stocked. (waiting for truck delivery) overall, very satisfied. This was my first job. Mrs. Hill was my manager. Place still great as it was 33 years ago!

Experience was fine as always . Decided to get a sandwich I havent in years . They changed up the sandwich and wasnt good at all. Was a disappointment..it was a chicken bacon and swiss...they put lettuce and tomato on it which ruined the flavor of the chicken and put it on a bun that I really dont like...been years since iv gotten this sandwich and hate they changed it up...buzz kill.

Sun at 3p, no wait. No line and my food was good. Gyro is tasty. Employee at reg was not friendly.. but o well I guess. I would come back. Not because my visit was memorable, but because my food was good and because it's an Arbys

Girl at the window is very unprofessional, sorry attitude and yells at people through the speaker. Sat at the window for 10 minutes before an answer, should have got my food and threw it back in the window on her! Very displeased!

I got the smokehouse brisket sandwich and it was AWESOME! So so good! Service was great, the cashier was really patient (I had 3 orders!)and kind. Best fast food sandwich ever!
