Little Caesars

We get pizza once a week, not usually from Little Caesars but lately we have been enjoying the Calzone style. Last week they messed up one of the two pizzas by not putting any butter Parmesan on it. Seems small but honestly made a huge difference. So this week we decided to try it again and let them know. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation because it seemed like the two young men couldn’t hear me. When the manager got on the phone his response was “ok” followed by a “being as it was last week he would not be able to provide any credit.” Did not say “oh I’m sorry about that” or anything of the sort. I was so annoyed and finally let him know that. He finally just said well I can credit one of your pizzas, I was whatever. My husband showed up to pick them up and the girl said “he said he’d give a credit on one not a whole pizza”. So unprofessional, I really miss good customer service.

Picked up my pizza order and when I got home we sit down to eat. Come to find out only one of the pizzas was correct. I called manager and told her and she said the would replace 2 of the pizzas that are wrong. I said why not the whole order because 2 people in my family are mad cause they don't get pizza know. She said don't care not her problem and will replace 2 next time. So I took pizza back and they are not good to deal with

Worst little caesars I've been too. Pizza was cold and rock hard. Cheese was burnt and little to no pizza sauce on it. Update: I tried them out one more time and tried the crazy bread this time and even that was messed up. All the pieces were maybe a little bit bigger then my finger and it was like they weren't cooked fully because they were super doughy.

I went through the drive-thru looking for a 3 meat and a cheese pizza. No 3 meat ready, so change to pepperoni and a cheese. Mildly annoyed. Get home, 2 cheese pizzas. Call the store and tell them they screwed up and I want to swap the cheese pizza for a 3 meat. No problem. Get there and I am informed that even though they screwed up, I have to pay the difference between a pepperoni and a 3 meat. Left with a pepperoni pizza. Outstanding customer service!! I am sure corporate is proud of the team here.

Hot 'n' ready? More like Cold 'n' Old! seriously guys step your game up! 7/10 times i buy a hot 'n' ready the cheese/crust has already gone hard. I feel ripped off most of the time when i open my pizza box and see the cold, dry, sad looking pizza that i just bought a few minutes ago... suggestion: You should observe what they're doing the the Lake Orion location and try to replicate, because their pizza's are consistently fresh!
