Ordered 2 Subs for delivery, was told after we placed the order that there was no delivery driver (which I understand, everyone is short staffed). My total came out to 36 dollars roughly, When the store called they said they had to void out the first order to take the Tip and delivery off the order, then charge me again. I didn't expect the first order to be charged to my bank account when there was no delivery driver in the first place, then they said we would have to wait 3-4 days for it to be refunded, and we would be charged again for the pickup order, 60 dollars for 2 subs. I would've just paid the delivery charge and Tip if it meant I could've went and got it, but the "manager" said there was nothing she could do. Do not place your order online or you will be charged twice if there are no drivers, we offered to pick it up, but still had to be charged twice.

For the third time this location has canceled my order, curios to see yet if I get my money back this time. Last time they said they refunded me but never did. If you are ordering delivery and it’s within an hour of closing don’t do it they won’t deliver. No so freaky fast, more just freaky frustrating.
