Jet's Pizza

I love Dominos Pizza. That said, avoid this particular store as they continually fail to get an online order made right, sub-par items, and most importantly, the owner doesn't care about any complaints. Even contacting Corporate, they pass the buck back to the franchise owner who never will talk to a dissatisfied customer.

Since moving back to Michigan in 2020 we have loved Jet’s Pizza! But our recent experiences with the Oxford location, both in person and via text have significantly dimmed our opinion. Due to dietary concerns we need to order our pizza without cheese on half of the pizza. For some reason they don’t seem to understand what this means. We’ve tried to order via text ... which goes through a California based call system, and they try to give us two pizzas ... one with cheese and one without. So we opted to forego the discount and call the local store direct. Our last effort takes the cake ... called the Oxford location, described to the associate very specifically what’re wanted, “One large, thin crust veggie pizza with cheese on one half.” What did we get ... a large, thin crust pizza with veggies on one half, no cheese, and only tomato sauce on the other half. We’re at a loss as to how to resolve this obvious disconnect between their order system and the kitchen other than to taking our business elsewhere.

Jet's has become such a bad pizza place. They cost way more than any other pizza place, takes at least 90 minutes to get it delivered and now they have pizza's that don't even get pizza sauce on them. Italian hero pizza is so thoughtless. When your on the order part it never says no pizza sauce and I didnt even have Italian drizzled on it. I can imagine how many people get this pizza and are disappointed. Good job jet's corporate.

I don't normally write reviews, but this is necessary and I know how important online reviews are nowadays... Exceptional first experience at this Jets location. Pizza came hot, delivery was 20 mins early but what really made me want to write this review is the salad. Usually salads from pizza places are questionable. Not this time, perfectly made, fresh crunchy lettuce packed with veggies. I could tell how fresh it was. Great job guys.
