I want to give a big Shout Out to the lunch staff at Wendy's Oxford Saturday May 27! We were in town for a wedding, and I had a car full of kids that needed lunch and a few more things to go and the staff prepared the entire order hot, fresh, and efficiently. . Delivered at the window with a smile and extra straws and napkins "just in case we needed them" - Great job!

The Oxford location of our beloved Tar Heel Capital Wendy's franchises has fallen short. Wish I could say it was because they were sorry staged but they had 5 folks running the place. Ordered a single, and a double baconator. Got Jr's. Then got to deal with the rotten attitude of one staff member in trying to make it right. My advice, skip the drive thru. Go inside and order then check your order to be sure it is correct before leaving or risk being treated like you are a liar trying to steal bacon.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Me and my friend asked for 2 cups of coffee and 2 sandwiches. It took them 10 minutes to get all of our stuff. Our coffee looked disgusting as heck, it looked like it expired in 1990. But nope, they didn’t put a dang filter in it. Shoutout to the gas station next door for the better coffee!

I have not thrown up in several years, until tonight. Now I am sitting in a hotel not able to continue driving tonight bc I have filled the Wendy’s bag I bought from this location up with puke and didn’t even finish the fries. Not sure if the drink, burger or fries made me sick but I was obviously hungry when I stopped there so I felt fine. Threw up driving down the interstate which is dangerous for myself and everyone around me. I will NEVER eat this horrible mess again!

Wendys 7551 Oxford, nc. Appalling employee behavior!! Worst wendys ever!! Wish I could give 0 stars. The burger I ordered had a stale bun so I asked them to make a different one. They gave me what I'm pretty sure was the same sandwich. I asked for a different one again (who wants stale bread?!) This time they made the wrong burger. When I went in to tell them one of the employees became irate. Screaming threats and calling me names...from behind the counter of course. It was an older woman and I was surprised. I did engage in some back and forth bc no one wants to be cussed at and treated poorly and I refuse to stand there and take it. I then asked for her name and the store number and was given the wrong info. I'm waiting on wendys ethics team to give me a call back. Absolutely ridiculous behavior for an employee to display. This was at wendys number 7551 in Oxford, nc. There was another customer standing beside me waiting for them to correct her order as well.

The drive thru attendant listed on the receipt as De'Caida Cashier and the host listed as Cassandra. Whichever 45+ yr old lady that took and gave us our order was rude during process of ordering. Then she didn't make sure our order was complete by giving us our drinks with our 4 for 4 meals. I don't have this issue with anyone in food service industry at the beach where I live.
