Domino's Pizza

We used to order regularly frim this place. I had 3 bad experiences regarding delivery. We still order but I rather go pick it up my self. The last 2 times we order for delivery from domino's it took 2 and a half to 3 hours to get delivered. The one night i was already in bed when they knocked on my door to deliver a cold pizza that i order around 8:30 and didn't get until around 11:30pm. The other time after 1.5 hours i had to go myself to pick it up , once i got there they told me there were just about to go deliver it ( which meant an extra 30min) so I told them no thank you I will take it. And the last time i tried to order delivery I got a call 20min after I order to be informed that the wait was about 2 to 3 hours so I cancelled it. But out of those experiences I never got an apology or anything.

Over an hour for a 20-30 minute delivery. Called the store, they hadn't sent it out yet. Cancelled the order. Update 7/2022 -- over an hour late on a delivery, food was "luke warm" and dried out. Worst of all, the pizza was undercooked with raw dough. Disgusting. Can't get a hold of anyone over there.

Extremely rude. I called 5 times to get money back,couldn't get a word in ,at all either time,they called the police,I just wanted a refund. Ten minutes later the delivery driver pulls up. I told hi. The situation, he said the problem is with the type of people they hire as far as management, 20s and lazy on top of being rude. I just moved to the area, my first time ordering from them. Would give zero stars if that were an option simply because one is far too generous.

They usually call 5 minutes before arriving where I live. Tonight they called when they got here. I arrived where I’m supposed to be to get my order and the driver is leaving. So I call the store because I’m confused and by now it’s 10:00pm. So the lady one the phone says “we have a policy that you have to be there within 10mins of delivery.” And I argued that the driver is supposed to call before arriving which they always did up until tonight. The lady was not trying to answer my questions. She didn’t know anything. I asked when he would be back which I assume she could find out. Then she hangs up on me. So I call back and she says they’ll call when they come back with my order. Long story short they gave me a bogus number that was not on my account and told me they won’t be delivering my food so I can take a refund and leave them alone.

I placed an order tonight at 5:20 pm. The website said it was a 30-40 min wait to receive orders........there is no reason for it to take 30 minutes to prep my small order (an order of boneless chicken, bread twists and a pasta bowl) Then it only took 6 minutes to cook. Quality check took 18+ minutes and took minutes to deliver my order 45 mineto delivermy order........when I called the store the only thing the manager said was "sorry". I have a young child who was sitting here asking for her dinner and all the manager would day was sorry! I won't be ordering from them ANYMORE!!! What happened to customer service and taking care of the customer???
