Dunkin'

I don't always write reviews, but when I do, it's because I'm extra salty after the fourth time I've had to abandon my DD-made breakfast and drop a fancier penny at the Starbucks down the road. Everyone has bad days and everyone makes mistakes, but one of the weekend crews at this location either can't get it right, or refuses to do so. I usually order a cold brew coffee and a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese. Their A-team always delivers. Their B-team delivers a cup filled with ice (proportionally bereft of coffee), sometimes so much that the lid bubbles outward from the volume of non-liquid product contained within, and an untoasted bagel whose interior glistens from a transparent layer of cream cheese with a thickness of only 2 microns -- which feels a bit belligerent because I stress that I want "extra" cream cheese, and on one occasion I told them I'd be willing to pay extra for them to prepare it that way.

I go here to Naugatuck dunkin occasionally and always have a nice experience. Was a particularly funny visit this time around as the employees were surprised when I ordered a hot chocolate with a turbo shot. Even though it's been around for many years I guess it's a hidden gem as no one in the place k ew what it was, but really wanted to try it afterward. As always I get my two coffee rolls with it and every now and then a few donuts on the side. Can't go wrong with hot chocolate with espresso. Anyone who hasn't tried it should. They'll like it a lot.
