That was the best Veal Francese I've had in a long time and they added some spinach for me without making it an issue. I had a beer on tap, but the others I was with had vodka drinks and they were served in very large glasses. I'm sure the drinks had to be mostly mixers. Doubt they had extra alcohol. The place is small a little tight, but I'd go for the veal again in a heartbeat. Also, when I looked up the menu online it showed pizzas, but they weren't on the menu in the dining room. I meant to ask, but forgot. I'd like to give their pizza a try in the future for takeout if available.

My boyfriend had received a gift certificate to this little Italian restaurant, so naturally he wanted to use it and decided to dote on me. He had planned to go to a nice dinner when the reality of that was far from what he wanted. To start, we waited about ten minutes to be seated (not too bad). They had a live guitar and bass duo who was playing WAY too loud for the space, and we were seated a mere 6 feet from the speaker, we had to shout over the music to hear each other across the two foot table. At two different points during our dinner, a manager (I believe) and a customer both asked them to turn it down, to which one of them argued. Moving on from their music option of the night, the lady that brought us to the table gave us water and asked if there was anything other drinks we would like, we both ordered a soda and it came in a timely fashion. We were given a few minutes to decide what we would eat and then we ordered. My boyfriend got a salad and lasagna and I got a 12 inch cheese pizza (both meals were very tasty). HOWEVER, the hour and a half wait for our food made the experience not worth it (not the waitress' fault though). While were waiting, another couple came in and were seated one table away from us, and they ordered two salads and bread, which came within fifteen minutes. Just before they were seated, the waitress had come over and offered bread to help compensate for the wait on our food, and not too surprisingly to us, we got it well after the couple who came after us got their food. Overall, the food was good, but not good enough for the wait we had to endure and their music and customer service needs work.

My sister recently moved to Seymour, so we wanted to try some restaurants in the area. Driving on Oxford road we came to this place so we gave it a try. The food was very good, service was ok but the kicker is, are bill came to 108 dollars, NP here, we split it 54 dollars each and left a cash tip of 22 dollars. A few days later we received are credit card statements, for the amount of 69 dollar, they added 15 dollars to each of our respective bills, this has never happen to me ever. So someone is very dishonest there and cannot be trusted, if they will do this, what wont they do..

I have ordered from Rolando's numerous times. I came in today nobody was there to greet me the customer couldn't even locate a server waited for 10-15 min just to be greeted and acknowledged just to have to raise my voice so she could hear me because thought it was a great idea to throw a fire alarm on their speaker for a live band it's seriously not the environment for that. Then, she brings my food and says have a good day but forgets the soda, goes in the back walks around for a few min and comes back to ask what type of soda? It seems really disorganized this lady was not customer service I could've grabbed the food, drink and then some... in 4 min or less! Alright, I will stop complaining about the customer service let's get to the garlic knots should be changed to parm balls there wasn't the slightest amount of garlic on them. Truely upset maybe I'll bring my buisness to Rose's right down the street. -Creditable Food Critic

I ordered a $22 specialty pizza. It was for my dad and son’s birthday dinner so we decided to splurge on a fancy pizza for the special occasion! Unfortunately they forgot the main ingredient on the pizza, but even worse, they also put ricotta on the pizza instead of fresh mozzarella as described on the menu. My dad (the birthday guy) HATES RICOTTA! It was a $22 pizza. Two mistakes on one TWENTY TWO DOLLAR pizza?! And the VIP of the night couldn’t even eat it. The wings were really dry but the flavor was good. The pasta was ok. Calamari was good. For the price of all the food, everything really should have been much better. I might give them another change but it’ll be a while.
