Dunkin' Donuts

I’ve tried this Dunkin’ Donuts for the last time. Every time I go, there’s a problem with my order. Today I had a free expresso because there was a mistake with my last order. The caramel macchiato is delicious. The cold brew I ordered looks like tea instead of coffee. I asked for it to be remade and it looks the same. When you’re spending $5 a drink you should get what you ordered. And no way to try the holiday drinks they advertise ALL the time. Out of everything. Why advertise what you don’t have?

Good food/drink & good service. During these uncertain times, we are fortunate to still have this place among the great diversity of favorite businesses in our bustling community! They are located on a very busy road & near a major intersection with easy access/egress to/from service & plenty of parking. If times become more trying, call them for an update on their current operating hours. Visitors are welcome! Our community is a great place to vist/live, play, shop, eat & sleep! There are plenty of neat attractions, great shopping, comfortable hotels & excellent restaurants prepared to accommodate, entertain and/or serve in the immediate area.

My husband and I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts while our son was at Choccolocco Park. I placed our order for two drinks, an iced macchiato and an iced caramel crave. As they rang up my order they asked me if I wanted cream in either drink. If anyone isn’t aware both of these drinks come with cream and/or milk already in the drink. When I pointed this out to them they just looked at me with a shocked expression. They made my husbands drink and it was perfectly fine. We waited a few minutes. They lady said they were working on mine. I asked for straws as we waited as there weren’t any straws out. Another customer came in and was looking to pick up a mobile order but she did not see it out with the pick up orders. She pulled out her phone to show them the order and to show that she had already paid. They hadn’t even started her order yet. At this time the other employee says “yeah this thing isn’t working”. So the original cashier comes to tell me their machine is broken and they can’t make my drink. I just asked for a refund which they provided. There were almost no donuts out either. This place is a joke. Might as well go to the other location!

If I could give this location less than a star I would. We are traveling. This Dunkin’ Donuts is attached to a gas station. We have a dog so while my husband is gassing up the car and walking the dog, I handle drinks and snacks. Not at this place though! Even though google says they offer dine in and drive through they will not sell you anything at the counter inside. They tell you to go through the drive through. The last thing I want to do after potty breaks and gas stops is wait in a drive through line. We won’t gas up at this Chevron anymore either. The only reason we stopped at this Chevron was because of the Dunkin’ Donuts. So disappointing!

The quality at this location has slipped. Never used to have issues, now my orders have been wrong, they run out of menu items.....or their sandwich station is down. They are always short staffed. This visit was the last straw when my iced coffee tasted like water with a hint of coffee. It was so weak I threw it away whenigot to my destination.

So today I decided to stop by to get breakfast smh I had several issues with my order! first I asked for two orders of hash browns I got one!! They did fix me another but upon inspection of my sandwich I realized the bread was cold now I have eaten here several times n the croissant is always toasted when I asked about this the lady said it has to be requested!! why would I have to request a breakfast sandwich to be toasted or heated is beyond me not to mention they didn’t have plastic butter knives or grape jelly what is the food service industry coming to nowadays
