Dunkin'

I ordered 2 egg and cheese sandwiches through the drive-through and after I checked out they asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no thank you. After I got to my destination I was checking the food and I realized their sandwiches were wrong so I went back to tell them that my sandwiches were wrong and because I didn’t have a receipt they couldn’t do anything about it even when I said i got the debit card i used to pay for my oder It’s usually not a problem in any other Dunkin. Very bad experience and I’m not going back to this one ever again.

This Dunkin is usually a great place to go however. Today I saw an employee put there finger on the inside of a cup after touching multiple surfaces. I asked for a new cup and they continued to use the cup as a mixing cup and then took the sticker off the cup they touched the inside of and gave it to me. This is not sanitary and there needs to be education on this.

I do not plan on going here again. I have been several times over the last couple of months and they are constantly messing up orders. I understand minor mess up because we're all human. When it is correctly made the coffee consistently tastes acidic or burnt. It's always an unpleasant experience. If you're visiting and want coffee go to Poland(south of there) go to the Walmart (north of there) or even head to Norway or Paris it'll be worth it.
