We had a long stay in the children’s hospital so we bought the app and it was well worth it. The staff here are so kind and efficient, thank you!
Great food as always. We wanted to post here that the lady tidying and vacuuming the area was so meticulous and hard working. She even worked hard to get to the gaps in the walls and seat cushions. If anyone knows who was working on 31st 12 midday please send her our thanks.
Lovely food and hot drinks. I get my daily coffee here for work and the baristas/staff are always efficient and friendly!

Good selection of food and drinks, but it's the staff that makes this place... they are all amazingly helpful and lovely!
Visited Pret at the JR hospital. A bit of a queue but it moved quickly. Sandwich was fine. No complaints....other than nowhere much to sit. Never mind.
Went for decaf cappuccino but it was not available due to machine cleaning process. So ordered normal cappuccino with bacon roll. But they offered me the coffee, ON THE HOUSE and just charged me for bacon roll. What a great service! You guys just made my day.
Useful for lunch or a quick coffee when visiting the children's hospital, however you can easily spend £15 on lunch and coffee for two. Get your coffee and sandwiches there, nip next door for crisps and pay to take out, then you don't pay VAT.
Hats off to the skilled chefs at Pret A Manger. Best roasted tomatoes, Fresh, quality food gives homely feel.
