Visited after a walk around Oxton. Lovely bar with a great selection of beers on tap. Excellent friendly staff serving and were able to sit outside and make the most of the warm weather. Food menu looked great but only had a drink but hope to return at some point to try the food.

Choice of several meats and a nut roast for Sunday dinners, all very good. Only minor criticism (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) was the roast potatoes could have been better.
Fish and chips looked great!
Overall though well worth a visit.

Lovely friendly atmosphere and the food was excellent. The best Caesar salad I've had with the crispiest of bacon . The cheesecake with a twist(sponge based) was to die for.

Went here with family and our pet dog. It was lovely. Food great. Unfortunately we had t9 eat outside as everywhere was full. It was windy but we enjoyed ourselves. Will return soon.

Great food. Good service and good value. We visited on Wednesday (pie night) which was an absolute bargain for a great slice of a pie followed by a delicious piece of cheescake.
