Mcdonald's

This location has obviously had renovations and is very clean with well organised seating (with 240v and USB charging at the booths). Outdoor child playground. This restaurant delivers to the table which is not standard to every location yet. The coffee was made by someone who definitely knew what they were doing but the main reason I took the time to write this was the amazing staff. They were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh, hot and served quickly.

Drive thru service was horrible. They served 3 cars in the next lane before getting to me then try to charge me for someone elses meal on top of my own. Then top it off with giving me someone elses food for which i have to return the food to get my order and my refund aswell. What a shocker. Be very eary when irdering at this branch

My friend ordered a soft serve cone, and was told the machine wasn’t working. They offered her a milkshake, which was annoying, but an okay substitute. However, as soon as this happened, we saw a young woman walk out of the store with an ice cream sundae. Despite this, another friend sitting at our table also ordered a McFlurry ONE order prior and there were no issues. Really frustrating and annoying.

A warning for parents whom help their child/children to apply for a part~time job at Padstow Macce's to be aware of Anushka, who is a shift manager that loves to get drunk on power tripping 14yr olds! Anushka has poor people skill management. I might as well add that she preferenced to employ her husband as a shift manager also. To Anushka, I'll be taking this further as I will not tolerate your verbal behaviour towards my child nor any other team members at Padstow macce's.

Ok, so I've only been here during breakfast weekdays. And hands down THE BEST customer service!! I've been meaning to write this for awhile now. And each time I go, I feel guilty I have not sent them praise yet. The manager (I assume) is very customer service focused and his team definitely follow in his footsteps. Little mishaps can always be overlooked when treated (both ways) respectfully. Regretfully I did not grab specific names of the staff. But to be honest, I have NEVER had a negative experience. Their service is outstanding so, well done breakfast team :) ... Eagle Vale maccas should take notes!!! Because you guys SUCK!!
