Great cosy pub with a great atmosphere and really good quality food 👍 nachos to share to start followed by the seafood linguine and the home made pie. Can't fault anything service bar staff or chef who came out to see us. Keep up the good work 👍
First class Sunday Lunch, friendly staff, superb food and service in a vibrant pub. The beef was cooked perfectly and the crumble was to die for. Fairly priced.
Food and atmosphere amazing. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming and were so lovely to our 2 labradors. Been coming here for over 20 years. Best mussels in Padstow.
Had a great time in here throughout the week. Didn’t eat but left my daughters handbag on Wednesday night. Returned there this morning on our way home to Hampshire and were delighted to find the bag, safe and cared for, all contents intact.

Hidden gem if you like a real pub, a warm welcome and honest food. Dogs were spoilt and had own food and drinks menu.

Lovely find in beautiful Padstow. Food was amazing and well worth 5 stars. Staff were lovely and polite. Lovely atmosphere in the pub. Thanks best meal we have had in the 2 weeks travelling around Cornwall 😋
Due to it's good location this pub could phone it in but the staff are friendly and the food was excellent. The fish batter was crispy and light whilst the chips were cooked perfectly and were seasoned.
I love old a good old pub like this. Really friendly staff. Decent pint. Decent prices. Decent food. Awesome roast beef baguette and dripping chips. Pot of gravy made it proper good!!!

Totally recommend the steak n ale pie.. pastry was so thin and crunchy , plenty of gravy.. maybe mash potatoes to soak up those lovely juices . Such friendly staff .. cracking service .and someone knows their wine … NZ Sav Blanc ! Loved it . Worth the tenner ! 🥰 shall be back ..

So glad we stopped here for food whilst in Padstow. Lovely pub with great atmosphere, friendly staff, great selection of drinks and brilliant food (the Chef's special Sea Bass was lovely).

Amazing food place, food is absolutely unreal in taste and quality, the customer service is really great aswel they make you feel really welcome, the location is amazing its right in front of the harbour, and the vibe inside is amazing, just gives you a calm sensation, highly recommended this place
Have visited a couple of times this last week, food, atmosphere and customer service all fantastic, especially to Tom and Will behind the bar !!! And the lovely lady serving the food, also the manager was so friendly and lovely.
Shady retreat from the bustle of the town, although I'm sure it's really busier sometimes. Apparently the only place in the world to serve Blue Ribbon Pale Ale, which was very nice!
The lovely lady serving today was very knowledgeable about the local gins too.
