I have just eaten the best salad, I have ever had in my life .Absolutely superb in my humble opinion. Chicken and bacon salad ..and I had coleslaw as a side.It was beautiful. I even got to shake the chef's hand. ..and told him how great I thought it was.

Very much improved service and meal quality. The place has been painted and looks much better. Been there twice this holiday and have found it to be much better than its been for years. I remember it around 15 years ago and it was brilliant but went downhill. Lets hope that the improvements continue and build it back up to what it used to be.

Pub grub, great spot right on the beach.. As locals we tend to avoid high season due to how busy it is. Early morning brekky, refillable teas & coffees. Spend £2.50 & get a parking voucher so free parking.. The bonus club points vouchers are amazing.. One roast free due to a birthday voucher & enough points for a bottle of wine.. 2 roasts & a bottle of Malbec should have cost us £35.50 but with our bonus club points it only cost us £13.50..The Sunday carvery was delicious 👍😁

Great location in Goodrington on the Beach side, great views, average priced drinks. Clean tidy & well laid out. Reasonably priced carvery at £11:49, was told by bar maid that they stop serving carvery to new customers at 3 pm but there was still plenty of carvery left for existing customers.

Really nice location with Premier Inn next door, and Goodrington beach just outside. Decor and layout is excellent, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Food is of good quality and reasonably priced, a bonus scheme is in place which gets you a free main course on your birthday when you sign up for free.

A sign informed us that due to staff shortages only a limited summer menu was in use , (that was also the only menu on our table). We weren't aware we could also order from the weds special pie menu or the pizza menu. This resulted in me speaking to the manager as our food was served as we could see other patrons receive pizza and pies.. The way we were dealt with was exemplary. She refunded the salad and offered to change it and swapped my sons fish and chips (he didn't like the haddock) for the pizza, even though he had started eating it. All in all, it was a lovely meal and service. Thank you. We would definitely return.

Great place to sit and soak up the sea air whilst enjoying the refill soft drinks and hot drinks. Great service and really big seating area outside. Will try some food next time!

Had a lovely carvery on Sunday, roasties were a bit over done but the variety and quality of food - and service was excellent. The chef who used to be at Toby’s in Newton is always a pleasure to see and talk to. I would have given 5 stars but the one issue that’s always been there with this pub is the queuing, always long and you get in the way of ppl passing by. On the whole though, good quality and value in an amazing location

Had breakfast more than once it was nice staff were lovely. The only disappointing thing was the toilets this being one of 2 of the chain stores at first cause it's on the beach front I gave the benefit of doubt that heavily used but having visited a second one today no where near the sea or a busy public space, I was extremely disappointed for the toilets to be in the same disgusting state . This really does let you down 👎

Welcoming pub, good for a light bite or main meal. OK to just stop for a coffee or cold drink, we always stop in the winter when it's freezing outside. Lots of outside seating with plenty of room. You can see the beach from the benches so it's OK to let the kids run off.

I booked asking for a cosy spot as it was my wedding anniversary and we were visiting from another county. The staff left us a card and bottle of prosecco which was so incredibly touching! The food was wonderful, I had a chicken salad and it was so large (in a good way!) that I couldn't finish it, the chicken was perfectly cooked. I'll be back soon in the daytime so I can make use of that wonderful view properly!

Excellent carvery. Moses, the chef, gives first class service with a big smile. Food is really good and although we had to queue to order and also at the carvery, everyone was in a good mood.

Was so impressed with this restaurant compared to some of the other Brewers Fayres I've been too. The restaurant was so clean and had a lovely feeling about it even though it was Saturday evening. It was almost full when we were there bit the service was still quick and staff so friendly and helpful! Food was so well cooked. Had a root vegetable Christmas Dinner and everything was so well cooked. Very impressed and satisfying visit.

Been there three times in the last few days, but only are twice. First time we happened upon the place while looking for somewhere to eat, about 8pm. Ordered three adult meals and a kids meal - but the kids meal turned out to be incomplete (no corn on the cobs, part of the meal and no explanation) and we didn't notice until after we left. The following evening we turned up earlier, around 7:30pm, got a table easily enough (there were several to be had) but we were told we could not order, there was an hour wait for food and the kitchen was closed! Tonight, having exhausted other options, we turned up, found a table, queued to order (about 15 minutes), were warned there would be a wait but the food turned up within 20 minutes. Everything was fine, other than the occasional passing moan that there was a 30 minute wait for ordered drinks to be delivered, although my Mac'n'cheese Burger was a rather strange combination that, I felt, didn't really work. My son loved his Vegan Sloppy Joe Burger which, he said, was exactly like a normal meat burger.

What a really pleasant experience. So inviting was the outside seating area we saw whilst walking by, an stop was inevitable. Big seats, clean and sturdy tables set right alongside the promenade. Served at the the bar by a really happy and engaging lady (1.25 pm 29/7) who was totally on message with making the drink purchase as easy as possible. Glasses allowed outside was a bonus. Seats were really wonderful and half an hour later we ordered a sharing platter for two. Onion rings, mushrooms, Mac and cheese balls, chicken goujons with three dips and garlic bread. Superb. Brought to us by a smart server who happily waited whilst we sorted ourselves out. We enjoyed our stop so much that an ice-cream and a jam Roly poly with custard was sampled. What a delight. Two and a half hours later, we dragged ourselves away having eaten more than we should and drank plenty. This Brewers Fayre was close to the Premier Inn and right on the Prom, close to all Goodringtons amenities. The staff contributed to a really great visit. On the strength of this, I'd totally recommend it for a return
