We stayed with our Motorhome over night. Great location, room to run our dog in the field behind. Nice walk near by through a wooded area. Great service from the staff there. Catered for our daughters gluten intolerance. Food was great pub grub. Would defo recommend for food, drink and a great atmosphere..

Decided to go out for Christmas dinner for the first time and decided on Griffins Head as we had a fantastic Sunday dinner once before. The food was fantastic and the staff were all really friendly and accommodating. I am on a gluten free diet and was well catered for with a full five course menu. Highly recommend and we will more than likely be booking again next year! Thank you to all the front of house and kitchen staff.

Food was very tasty and flavoursome, the staff were all smiling and relaxed but efficient. Some of our chips were undercooked and I'd say the portion sizes were on the small side. They had a good selection of gluten free main and dessert at very reasonable prices.

Great little pub. Called in randomly on our way through Linby and glad we did. Food was freshly cooked and very nice. We had the chicken burger and chicken sntizle, very nice and yummy. Nice outside space which oils be perfect on a sunny day, was a bit rainy when we dropped in so went for a table in the bar. Will come again, nice little pub

Visited today for an impromptu lunch with my husband and stepson. The food did take quite a while to arrive but when it did arrive it was beautiful. Very tasty and very hot. The staff were lovely and worked hard. I had the Stilton mushrooms starter as my main, my husband ordered the stargazy fish pie which was really nice. Very tasty. My stepson ordered the hunters chicken and he said that the chicken was lovely and not at all dry. I would come again. Thank you.

I'm moving to the area soon and decided to check out what will be our local, and I loved it! Really lovely cosy feel with a great community atmosphere. I had Sunday roast pork belly with all the trimmings and it was delish. The staff are really lovely and considerate too. We'll definately be making this our local!

Lovely food. Attentive and friendly staff. Very loud environment for so few people, think the room acoustics may be the main cause.

Wow! The food here is amazing. And they've started doing breakfast on certain days. Me and my husband nipped in for lunch and the food was 5* so we're the staff. Truly lovely and attentive. We will definately be going back

Delicious vegan curry! Impressed to see 3 vegan main meals, although a dessert option would be good too. Service fairly slow but very good wait staff. Fairly expensive but big portions and very tasty!
