Used the Take away service. Great food, good price and great service. Very impressed. Will definitely use again.
Great food, and very quick service for our late night meal for four, which also explains the atmosphere.
We eat out a lot and own a hospitality business ourselves and are frequently disappointed but the Jade harbour is excellent. Swift service, lovely staff, high quality food. Really, really excellent! We couldn't fault it at all and wouldn't want to. Seriously good with loads of veggie options. Thank you!!

First time as new to the island, will definitely visit again, lovely food.
Firstly, the not so good. This is not very disabled friendly, as there are steps to go down which I found very hard to do. I think there is an upstairs part to use, but I am not sure about that. I used the disabled toilet and that was full of items like washing up liquid, so it was more of a store room that a usable toilet.
However, the food was excellent, the best Chinese we've had on the Isle of Man. The service we received was also very, very, good and we both felt it was good value for money .
On balance, we would recommend it to others for the food, service and price and we will be returning to it for those reasons. If I were to just give stars for that then it would be 5, but with the above into account I can only really give it a 4, if they sort out the disabled part of things then certainly a 5 star

Very nice food with great staff. Had a lovely meal there with family for my son's 14th birthday tonight.
I got a takeaway from here. It was beautiful. Will go back for the full dining experience. Good value. And friendly staff.
Excellent food and friendly service. Downstairs in the cellar could be claustrophobic if eating alone or for couples, but ok in a large group.
We have never gone for a sit down meal here but frequently use the take away service and have never had a problem. The food and service is great.
Had our tea here during IOMTT 2018 and it was amazing - Really nice food and drink and it has a great layout to give couples and groups their own space
Very good value for money, food is cooked wonderfully. Quite large resturant to so great for large parties, peaceful atmosphere.
