Living locally I have on multiple occasions had the pleasure of dining at the Dolphin Hotel in Pembroke Dock, I'd rate it as a personal favourite. Some positives that stand out are the great prices they offer for the quality of food you get. The menu is diverse, and a top spot in Pembroke Dock or surrounding areas for a quality breakfast.
The only minor downside is the limited parking, but in all honesty, I've never had any trouble finding a space. The location is on the quieter side, which can be a nice change of pace. Plus, the staff there are incredibly friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall positive experience.
The Flying Sausage
I stayed here for just one night, but I received a very warm welcome. My room was very comfortable and nearby available parking was free.
The ample cooked veggie breakfast was delicious, made even better by cheery service and proper HP sauce and Heinz ketchup!
The grey paint could do with a bit of a makeover on the landing, but that does not detract from a great guesthouse and very enjoyable stay.

We stayed on a particularly hot day and the rooms were warm! They had fans! Bless them! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning was excellent! Those were the best rashers and sausages I've had.....the people were very nice and great service!

They squeezed 11 of us in on a rainy Friday night with 3 dogs. Super clean dining area. Friendly helpful staff. Food was great. Good portions and although they said there may be a delay because we hadn't pre-ordered food arrived promptly. Wide selection of drinks and a good atmosphere. We would recommend.

Did not stay in the hotel but had a really nice family meal in the restaurant. It was very nice surroundings. greeted by a polite member of staff. The food is very reasonably priced with good-sized portions, plenty of choice on drinks, ample parking on the street outside, and good vegetarian options thoroughly enjoyed well done 10/10👊

This place is a hidden gem in Pembroke Dock. Not that I'm knocking the Dock. Limited menu but very well cooked and presented. Lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this place for a meal out.

Warm welcome . Very clean and de or lovely I bar restaurant . The staff were fab and the complimentary breakfast was good especially the porridge with honey and fruit. We had a meal in restaurant and was excellent . Seabass was lovely . Great stay

Great location and decent ensuite rooms but can be a little loud during daytime due to the floor level restaurant and sitting area in the back. Fortunately the music stops after 10 so it's okay but afternoon naps might be an issue if there is an ongoing event during the day.

Excellent location for late ferry arrival so you can rest before a long drive. Had an issue with Irish credit card being charged (used to secure booking) prior to arrival, wanted to pay using UK card. Issue resolved without fuss. Seemed to be particularly busy at breakfast, staff did well, but mixed up fruit juice ordered (got orange instead of apple). WiFi didn't work (couldn't download maps for trip). Staff very friendly and helpful (owners daughter). Would definitely stay again. This review may seem harsh, but I believe it to be an honest assessment of my stay. Value for money and convenient location.

Had a wonderful stay at the Dolphin Hotel last night. Staff were very friendly, cocktails were delicious, and breakfast this morning was outstanding; proper top quality and cooked beautifully. I'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Knowing that I’ve ordered my meal minutes before the kitchen closes, I cannot fault any part of my food. Ok - perhaps green beans should be a little bit more al dente but this is down solely to the personal preference. Beautiful piece of meat…topped with what I think was some form of pâté and big crouton…served with tasty gravy or a jus and fries on the side.
Super friendly staff, always smiled and reassuring weather all ok.
I recommend this place to include its accommodation!

A hidden gem of a place. Didn't stay the night but met relatives that did for breakfast. It doesn't look the most appealing of places from the outside, but when you get in there's a very homely atmosphere and their breakfasts are outstanding.

While Waiting for the ferry to Ireland on Monday 6th to Ireland I came to the dolphin Hotel for evening dinner.was served a lovely steak meal by a girl who was pleasant,helpful and who brought a spark to dining there.

visited The Dolphin on Thursday 29th Dec. 5 of us in our party. Each of us enjoyed our meal . 3x Sea bass. 1x Lamb and 1x Duck. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Didn't have to wait long for our service. Friendly staff. Well done and keep it up.
