Had my first Sunday roast here last week. Couldn't fault it. Plenty of it. Still hot. All well cooked. Finished off with a strawberry gateau.
Always come here when we come to South wales! We stay at penally court caravan site just down the road and come here for meals and drinks! Lovely home cooked food and great service! We will be back...very popular so make sure you book....
Highly recommend this lovely pub for a meal, wish we'd found it earlier in our holiday! a lovely warm, friendly welcome and excellent service from Jenny (who was amazing!). Great meals, good size portions! and very yummy desserts!
Lovely place. Visit it 2 or times a year when I see relatives in Wales. Steak pie is legendary, staff really friendly, and the locals are nice people. Wish it was may local.
Thanks to the staff at The Cross Inn for squeezing us in as a table for three as we'd not booked. Great beer, food and service 👍
Excellent! Arrived after a long trip with 3 children under 12 at the same time they were closing the kitchen and after a short consultation the chef served a hot and hearty meal for all. Friendly service and super cosy. Also it is a 5 min walk from Penally Court Farm which is very convenient.
