Such a delightful hotel! We were shown around the hotel on arrival, offered tea in the lounge and then shown to our room. Our room was so comfortable and had amazing views from every window. Dinner was so relaxed but absolutely amazing and the service was outstanding with each dish described in detail. Truly exceptional place to stay, I did not want to leave .

A fantastic restaurant in a beautiful location - sure to get a future star! The restaurant at the Penmaenuchaf Hall Hotel is a brilliant experience from start to finish. The entrance hall and parlour are beautifully appointed and the drinks and petit fours served here set the scene for the evening. The staff were attentive and able to offer some suggestions as to wine pairings, given the absence of a sommelier. The food was cooked perfectly and presented with precision & flair. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Lovely hotel. . Set amidst the most amazing grounds. . well walked and loved by ourselves and our Border Collie ''Tilli''. . . Beautiful Food. . Excellent Service from everyone we came into contact with. . ThanQ xx Only downside for us was the advertising as ''Dog Friendly''. . Sadly we weren't allowed in the main lounge area. . One evening we were unable to sit in the 'Dog' room as there was a couple having dinner in it. . . Which resulted in us having to sit in the Entrance Hall/Reception area. .

A beautiful place in a stunning location, surrounded by nature. I really enjoyed standing outside after dusk and listening to the giant wall of birdsong and the sleepy bleating of the sheep. The food is first-rate and the staff are a total delight, will gladly return.

Stopped by for an afternoon cup of tea when riding past on the bike one day, hidden gem tucked away from sight. Liked the look of the place, a pleasant walk around the grounds - especially as the bluebells were out in full bloom, and after reading the menu we booked in for an evening meal. Returned several weeks later for said meal and it was as good as expected. This is the sort of dining we enjoy - the polar opposite end of the spectrum from a Toby carvery as you can get. Just great. Wine list good for choice and quality, nice dining ambience, food was delicious, staff friendly and balanced in attentiveness and respectful distance. Will be one of our 'go to' dining places when back home.

What a beautiful hotel the grounds and hotel were fantastic. If you're looking for a romantic place to stay in the national park with fantastic views I can't recommend it enough. Only improvements would be to make it clearer on check in and while we were there the dinner menu was a little limited for 2 nights
