Subway Penrith

Worst subway ever had because this is not iceberg lettuce. I dont know what type of lettuce it is because it is spicy. I wish I was joking. It ruined the whole sub for me. I also had to ask for more salads (only put 4 slices cucumber and tomato) especially since it is a veggie delite. Nothing delightful about this experience.

Each Subway Restaurant is its own different rules and cultures. As far as I'm concerned, Each Subway does things differently to other Subways in which I will call best suited to their operations and to community responses. Some Subways are filled with trained staff, and some are not experienced enough to deliver exceptional service we often expect What I can suggest however is talk to your local staff, or any staff anybody and ask for specifics like how is the products aquisitioned? how frequent are products refreshed? what are the actual opening hours of restaurants? are they fresh or old breads? By doing some critical questioning, you are doing yourself and the Franchise a favour through mutual development

It seems all subways are the same. Lazy workers that don’t care to make what I order. Went in at 5:20 pm, closes at 7:45 pm and they weren’t making any meatballs but didn’t have enough for a foot long. Why would I spend my money on something I didn’t order???? Just cook some damn meatballs you have 2 hours and 25 minutes left. Absolutely despicable.

Entered this store at 1:21pm December 4th. My granddaughter slipped in water and fell to the ground. I told the male staff member straight away that she had fallen because of the liquid at the door. He said "I will clean it up later" and proceeded to serve customers for another 20 minutes. There is not even a wet floor sign where the guy mopped to warn other patrons of the slip hazard.. I am totally disgusted in the amount of "care/concern" for someone who fell. Your establishment has the worst customer service/customer care in the whole of NSW

Not disability friendly and downright mean. I was clearly in pain, bent double, buying something to take a tablet with. The staff refused to take my order if I couldn't stand up and wait for them to be good and ready at the counter, despite three staff present and only one other customer. I stood at the counter. Then they ignored me, bent double and in pain. They served other people who came in after me, before me. They made their point. Disabled people are not welcome in this shop. They made sure I suffered for having the temerity to order. This is the worst service I have received in a long time. They were deliberately mean. I will never go in there again. I was disgusted by their attitude.
