Steve is the hidden gem of the Southlands complex. He is genuinely kind and caring towards all of his customers. He works like a Trojan and always has a smile on his face. There is no place around that could match the phenomenal quality his chai latte (I don't do coffee), and his hot cinnamon donuts are to die for!

Everytime i go here there are no hot dogs available, why advertise that you sell them when you NEVER have any....stop selling them if you can't maintain a supply. No matter what time of day they lie and say they "sold out"

I was served on Wednesday 3 March at about 5pm by a wonderful and polite young man. I was with a feisty 3 year old that dropped 2 donuts from the box we purchased.
The young man assisted me and then provided me a further 2. He was so polite and lovely- a real assets to your business.

Doggy as, I asked for a almond latte and he got the jug with the left over milk from the fridge and when I confronted him he said no trust me
The taste was not there and finally Chucked it in the bin.

The service was slow,staff were untidy,I ordered Coffee which tasted like all milk,I never received my donuts,my son's thick shake was made the same as a ordanery shake,dirty tables,we won't be coming back
