The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made it a wonderful lunch for is all and even put a candle in my husband's dessert for his birthday. We would highly recommend this restaurant as we have been here twice now and both times were great

Food was appalling - sauce was very salty but chicken was dry & tasteless.
Service was quick though.
The ‘highlight’ was definitely being served fried ice cream that was still raw & frozen.
When I pointed out to a waiter that the ice-cream wasn’t ‘fried’, he told me that was how fried ice-cream should be served 🤮

Got the peaking style chicken. It was nice, but a little dry. We ordered Mongolian lamb, but it never came out. However, it worked out because the chicken portion was huge. Thankfully they didn't charge and cancelled the lamb. It came out at a decent enough time, but the restaurant was empty when we went so keep that in mind. I read other reviews and have noticed some of the same problems. Thankfully, the experience was positive overall. Staff were polite to me at least,

This was a good choice for food. Service was bright and cheerful. We ordered and it was served very promptly without waiting too long a time. We loved the Lamb Mongolian and Pork in Peking Sauce. The other dishes were very good too!

I've found that the food and service is consistently good. High quality ingredients, tasty and fresh. The food always comes out quickly. The staff are attentive and polite. The Ming is an excellent location to watch the sun go down of an evening. We've tried many Chinese restaurants since moving to Penrith three years ago and have found that this is the best. It also has an excellent group menu and a separate room for events.

Me and my partner decided to have dinner here last night before seeing a comedian in the Evans theatre. We order drinks entrees and mains at the same time, our drinks came out but it had been a half an hour and we hadn’t even got our entrees yet. A different waiter to the one who took out order came over and asked if he had ordered yet and I said yes a long time ago and he proceeded to go over and speak to the waiter who took our order and then he come back to tell us they hadn’t even put our order through? We had no time to wait even longer for our food by now we had our show to go to, so we just walked out very disappointed. Luckily Harry’s pies out the front of panthers had very fast, cheap and friendly service otherwise we would of been very hungry during our show.

Not our first visit, but now probably the worst Chinese restaurant in Penrith in our books. Fish was clearly cooked from frozen and hard as rubber. Overall taste was very average. Wait staff, although young and enthusiastic, were a little bit inept - forgetting an order of table water, leaving extra place settings on the table, not removing extra chairs. Also we were not even greeted on arrival with a simple good evening - 3 staff at the entrance were busy over a single customer while we waited in clear view immediately behind. Won't be coming back.
