Excellent food, the chips are genuinely the best I have had from a chippy, fish was cooked fresh. The chip shop was popular, a long queue greeted those arriving after me. Excellent, hot fresh and good portions. Hand on heart, the best chippy I have ever had. My pics don't do it justice
Went here as a child while on holiday down the road in a caravan. Almost 40 years later I brought one of my daughters on a nostalgic car trip and was not disappointed, still amazing food and the cheese and onion fry it's 🤤🤤🤤. Bringing my parents next time ❤️
Friendly staff, lovely food. Great fish! Freshly cooked.

Went to Robs as it seemed to be the best reviewed in the area. The food did not disappoint. The fish and chips were bang on, curry sauce was delicious and all cooked fresh. Prices were surprisingly cheap for a seaside area, even lower than the costs in my home town. This was a shock I we had become
Really good chippy! Nice white fish, crispy chips, 'Irish' curry sauce? Don't know why, but do know it was yummy! Nice price too.
Fish cod plaice was amazing (chips proper job) o. r .& curry sauce.
Telphoned order was all serviced in a timely manner.

Cod and chips was fantastic. £5 lrg cod great value. Chips were well nice. Will go here again next time we are in the area.
When entering staff ask if you want fish so they can freshly cook it

Everything was cooked fresh and tasted great. The queue was out in the street which say a lot. Plus you can phone your order through for pick up.
We have been going to Robs for years and for good reason. His fish and chips are by far the best around - along with both his fruity and hot curry sauce!
