Nice pub with good Sunday roast. Seems to be family run. Was seated at the front of the pub which was basic but comfortable, and nice with an open fire, though the staff's repeated attempts to keep it going/relight it did amuse us. Service was alright. I have to say what stood out by a mile was the
Only stopped for a quick drink, but service was good and welcoming. Sat outside and enjoyed the view of the viaduct and the sound of the wier. Will definitely return to sample the food which looked really good.
Lovely place, with a great garden and beautiful view of the viaduct. It was drizzling when we visited, but overall it was still very enjoyable and cosy under the tent.
Lovely visit here with the family and two dogs. Warm friendly welcome with water for the dogs. I had the chicken in white sauce which was delicious, our 3 year old had sausage, chips and peas which he loved.

Everything you want in a village pub & more. Whilst out for a walk we popped in for a drink. They were so friendly & the menu sounded so good we booked for dinner. Cute little place with a nice garden in the back with a view of the viaduct. Sunday Roast was fantastic but don't forget to make a reservation!

We were visitors to this place for dinner. We absolutely loved it!!!! From the atmosphere to the stunning homemade food to the staff. Especially Sonia 🌟

Lovely little pub in an idyllic location. Perfect stop after a walk below the viaduct and beyond, particularly coming out of the rain. Very impressed with the food - we had the small plates and they turned out to be a delicious selection. Owner and staff very friendly too, will be going back.
