What a wonderful place, nicely decorated, great views in conservatory area, lady behind bar was nice and bubbly, quick service. I had sausages, mash and vegetables with gravy, an extra gravy boat, good quality sausages nice and tasty, mash was nice creamy consistency and vegetables delicious. Lovely
Nice pub just outside Bristol. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Food and drink all reasonably priced. We had 2 mains and 2 desserts and a pint of coke which all came to £41, which I thought was really good. They have a selection of sanitary products and smellies in the ladies, which
This is the first time we have been back since the menu change. The roasts and the cheese pie were exceptionally good. The kids really enjoyed their meals too. It was a lovely place to celebrate our grandparents wedding anniversary ❤️
Under new management, super friendly staff, very attentive and welcoming. Lunch menu was very reasonable with a good selection. Desserts were yummy. I understand the menu will be expanding as they settle in but they already have some great ideas, dog friendly and gluten free options. Definitely be g
I haven’t been here for years but went last night with a group of friends. Everyone’s food was lovely, they have a nice selection of meals which are all home cooked. The restaurant is clean and inviting and the lady who served us was friendly and engaging. We’ll be back.
Under new management, this dining pub was fathers choice to celebrate his birthday. Warmly greeted and shown to our table. The food arrived and looked good, unfortunately the server had taken down the wrong order for my wife who then had to wait on the correct dish being cooked. Brother, Mother and
Myself and old friends met for lunch here today. The staff were fantastic plus the food and pub itself. My friends were incredible and funny but you'll have to supply your own when you visit.
Just stopped for a soft drink after a busy day. The staff gave me a jug of iced water too as I was really thirsty. Great service and very clean and well presented bar.
The Lamb burger was astonishing. Never ate that before but I absolutely love it. Fish & chips was huge and we really enjoyed the desserts. The only minus was the beer was flat. Big place with nice views and good choices of food and drinks.
Really lovely place to have a meal, nice atmosphere and some lovely views. Great food and reasonable price. Pay for adult meal and get a doggy meal fir free.
Service is a bit weird and there is no IPA BUT food is delicious and the local is nice. I highly recommend it!
We had a nice meal here today, the venison sausages and the Cajun chicken burger. The young lady serving us was just great, friendly and polite. Would recommend.
Visited 30th September 9 of us had pre booked. We had been asked to provide menu choices which we did 6 days before via email. Upon arrival I was advised that the email could not be found so unfortunately we all had to order all over again. However the food was excellent . I had to remind the waitre
Called on quite by chance on a Saturday lunchtime and they had space for us. After too many disappointing chain pubs, I was delighted to remember what really good pub food is. Brilliant £10 lunch menu with a generous and well judged portion of food. Kids menu also impressive with home made chicken g
Always a lovely place for Sunday lunch, today was exceptional. A family celebration for 20 people, all ages. The food, the service and lovely atmosphere created by the team was so much appreciated by all of us. Thank you for a great lunch and afternoon in the sun.
Lovely day, thank you Tracy for all your care and attention to detail. The team did a great job for a large crowd of 23. We have had many positive comments from our guests and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere.
Surrounded by lovely views and a nice well presented interior. Well priced food and good staff, the food quality was fantastic. Would go again 100%.
Food was good value but bar prices really step for area 6.50 for a pint of Guinness
Really lovely here, outdoor decking area overlooking some magnificent views, food and beer a bit pricy but the food is very nice, well worth the visit. You can bring dogs but must be kept on leads. There is also a goat pen which you can go and stroke them. The staff are very welcoming and very nice.
