Just had great meal. Sunday menu. Friendly service and quick even though they were hosting their own family birthday party. Would definitely recommend this place.
Had a lovely meal, staff were fantastic and it was made even better that it was dog friendly : ) would definitely recommend it!
We stayed here over night with Brit Stops. 4/5/18The food was fantastic, all fresh and home made. I had Red Snapper, first time i have tried this fish. I was not disappointed. My partner had the gammon, that was also great. You can see the chef and his 2 young helpers in the kitchen. They were so organised, no rushing around or panicking. Although there were busy. On traveling around Anglesey, we did not find a pub as nice
Lovely meal staff were great/bwyd bendigedig a staff gret .
We had a beautifully cooked evening meal this week at the Panton Arms. Would highly recommend this pub for really tasty home-cooked food and lovely staff.....thank you.
Great food and great service, came here on our last day in Anglesey and it didn't disappoint! Our dog was welcome too!
Great food, welcoming friendly staff, definitely recommend 👍🏼😊
Thank you so much to The Panton Arms for the excellent food, very warm welcome, friendly staff and for being so very accommodating. Had a lovely time 😁 xx
Lovely, hot and home cooked Sunday meal followed by some relaxing in the beer garden which is great for kids. Thanks for your hospitality and great value.
Fabulous Sunday Roast and pudding with friendly staff. What’s not to like?
Very nice place friendly staff good beer and excellent food
Called in on spec for something to eat - despite many reservations we were accommodated with no trouble. The pizzas are made in the wood fired oven outside and all uneaten portions can be boxed up and taken home 👍🏻. Beer comes from the ever dependable Purple Moose so no problems there. Oodles of specials complement the main menu if pizza is not your choice.
Unexpected stop, was highly worth it to discover the wonderful food. I had roast beef (3 very large, meaty slices) over Yorkshire pud, roast and mash potato and veg. Everything cooked beautifully. Quick and efficient service from very young staff. Thoroughly recommend. 3 other members of the group all loved their food and we returned 4 Completely empty plates!
Excellent food, I'd recommend booking a table as we popped in on the off chance. They were able to squeeze us in but everyone who came in after us was turned away! Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Next time we're in the area we'll be back!
Such a nice pub. Great food and service. Very friendly and accommodating.
Needed to stop for lunch and came across the Panton Arms. Friendly staff as we were seated. They were serving a roast dinner menu but we asked could they make a salad for one of our group members. This wasn't a problem. The food arrived fairly quickly and was piping hot. It tasted as good as it smelt. I ordered the beef with veggies and Yorkshire pudding. Everything was cooked perfectly except for one roastie that was a little under done. But that is my only moan and not a complaint. The quick put together salad looked perfect from my side of the table. I was I formed the lamb and ham were just what they wanted. The home made gravy finished the meals off perfectly. All round my group and I had a lovely experience in this quaint pub.
Sunday lunch was great. Meat and veg delicious. Staff were all polite and friendly. On another visit we chatted to the barman who gave us great directions to a place we would never have found with out him.
We only popped in for a quick pint. But they allow overnight camping and the price, cleverky, includes a voucher for food - encouraging toubti eat at drink in the bar.
Always great service and really nice food. In the past 2 yrs or so it has been updated. The present landlord was busy biulding an extension this year when we visited. They've added pizzas to the menu, though they only cook them after 5.00pm.
Went back July 2023. Sad to say the place seems tired. The decor must be their next job, as it's definitely dated.
We had pizza, which was okay, though, being handmade on the premises, took a while to turn up, so be prepared for that.
We have been here a few times now when camping in the area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The oven-baked pizzas are delicious. Good choice on the normal menu and a selection of children's dishes too. Would recommend.
Great place for a camper van stop over and food.
Good service and meal with local ales.
