Had food today amazing waitress Elizabeth couldn't do enough for us made our visit special. Would recommend to anybody the food and service. Can't wait to visit again.

We dined with you on the 19th October. Rachel C was our waitress on that day. Apart from being very satisfied with the food, the service we received, and the friendliness of the waitress made our visit all that more enjoyable. My husband and I are regular visitors to Pentreach House and enjoy our visits there. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food usually of a good standard, often excellent. Option choices for vegetarians could be improved, however. Good to see the ricotta and spinach lasagne back on the menu 😋 We make use of vouchers and the Tasty Rewards card most of the time and they helps reduce the cost - it all helps. Elizabeth served us with a smile last week. Nothing was too much trouble, as usual. The staff there are generally friendly and are only too pleased to help. Keep up the good work ! Xx

Went here recently for a birthday meal. Prices were quite reasonable however that was because we were using a 'free meal' voucher. Food was fairly good. Staff very friendly but the place did lack atmosphere and seems to need a bit of a makeover.

We had a family celebration here with 11 family members on Sunday. A large table was set up in a room to accommodate us. The service was most efficient, and food of good quality. Although I did not have the carvery, members of the family who did partake were extolling the virtues of the dish served. We were not rushed to finish in any way despite being there for 4 hours in total! I personally recommend the Jam Roly Poly with custard.

We had breakfast there. Had only planned on going once as a treat. But the service choices available and food were great. So we went all 3 mornings of our stay. Debra was amazing she was really warm and welcoming a ray of sunshine on our rainy morning’s. Highly recommend

As a family pub, this place is much like any other family pub.
There was a wait for the drinks took a while but we were in no rush so it didn't matter to us. Food was nice enough, nothing special, but as you'd expect from family pubs. They were quite shy with the chips though, a few more would have been better.

Lovely evening and all staff went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Hadn't booked a table yet they found us one straight away with no fuss despite being very busy. Lovely atmosphere, excellent service and very nice food. Very reasonable prices and a wonderful place for all of the family. The gardens outside as always were immaculate and children can play freely whilst adults relax in the sun with a drink. Plenty of parking for all customers too. Just a lovely place and all the girls at front of house were so polite, friendly and went above and beyond.

Been going here a long time. Not once have I ever had bad custom. the staff are amazing!! One young lady Rachel who served us last time was absolutely amazing, understanding and made my husband,son and grandson and myself feel so welcome! Thank you Rachel!

Arrived when breakfast was nearly finished but was served by Deborah who was lovely. Although they were almost ready to prepare for lunch service we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. 5 more customers arrived but Deborah who was working alone was just as friendly and helpful
