Excellent Thai food, cooked with consideration and served with genuine appreciation of customers choices. Try something a bit different, the stir-frys are great and the duck dishes are superb. Number 31 is exceptionally good.

We were visiting Penzance for a short weekend break and looking for somewhere to eat. Thai Moon happened to be just outside of our accommodation and how fortunate! Since the reviews were good, we looked no further and popped in straight away.
What a joy! The food was excellent, if you like Thai dishes, with a home-cooked feel and good presentation. Service was attentive and items on the menu are value for money.
We were greeted with complimentary prawn crackers, which were very tasty and not like any others we had in the past.
Order for two of drinks, two starters, two main dishes and rice has rung up just under £50 and we left very satisfied.
The green curry is to die for, choice in menu was good and kept simple.
We had a chat with the owner too, who has shared the history of the place and the decor. It felt really authentic.
It is good idea to reserve a table beforehand, we were lucky as the first ones in, however it got busy really quickly soon after opening. They also offer a takeaway.
If you are in the area and looking for a tasty, oriental and authentic meal - do not miss it! Highly recommended.
What a little gem. Fish cakes were gorgeous, red curry was delicious and the staff were very welcoming. Entree/Main with side and wine £27.

Not as big as you may imagine from the outside but Thai Moon has a varied menu and is good value for money. The fish dish, sea bass, was excellent and the Thai chicken curry really tasty, rice is separate with several to choose from. We had ice cream for dessert but next time would have a starter as a preference. A great venue, recommended.
Quick and pleasant service. Accommodated us when we walked in despite being quite busy. Delicious dishes with plenty of veg. Quite pricey (but that's everywhere in the UK just now).
Lovely atmospheric decor. Welcoming staff. We had chicken toast, dim sum, beef green curry and chicken labb. All were fresh and tasty. We were advised that the spiciness level could be on the mild side, with an option to ask for spicier, but we found the default level good, especially for the green curry (typically I like it on the spicy side, and it was spicy enough for me). Overall we would recommend and we will go back.
I stand by my peculiar claim that the best Thai food in the UK can be found in Celtic nations. Don't ask me why, something to do with human geography I guess. Wales? Great Thai! Cornwall? Great Thai! Ireland? Probably great Thai (never been)!
The food here was lovely, had the veggie Penang curry with jasmine rice and with some veggie spring rolls for a starter. The staff was very helpful and kindly double checked items' ingredients to assist with my allergy :)

Cosy family run Thai restaurant serving authentic Thai food. We had three lovely ,tasty meals served by pleasant and attentive staff. We will definitely be going again. As it is very popular, it's best to book. Highly recommended.
Great little place definitely stop by if you're in penzance. Food is delicious and its my first time i ate a spring roll that wasn't oily on the inside.

Nice place, an old school feel to it - not old school Thai, more old school 80's (decor). Staff were nice, little slow on service but we weren't in a rush.
