The service in the cafe was very friendly. The prices are on the high side but everywhere seems expensive these days (£17 for a crab sandwich still makes my eyes water).
As others have pointed out, you need coins to pay for parking... no ability to pay on an app or by card... the parking is managed by a private company and use cameras that note when you have arrived. It was £4 for 4 hours so not too expensive.
However, even with costly parking and expensive food... this place is idyllic and it's all worth it.

We visited the beautiful Lamorna and went to the Lamona Cove Cafe for some food. This is a beautiful cafe and we were greeted by the lovely Jo who made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely crab sandwich and loaded fries. Then we went for a walk and decided to go back for cakes and coffee. Jo, Dan and Ollie are amazing. So if you are looking to visit a beautiful gem of a place and have some food you must come here!

Very nice. Only ordered a coke, and they refilled my flask with hot water free of charge. Came back for an ice cream after a hike which was also tasty. In terms of ambience, you will find it hard to find better scenery.

Really beautiful location and incredibly helpful staff. One of us just out of hospital and needing a special diet and the staff were really helpful in thinking about anything suitable on the menu.
Fantastic cream teas and table service with a smile

We’ve been to this Cafe 3 times this week. We frequently visit this area of Cornwall for cycling holidays and often end up here. Good food, warm welcome, efficient service. We’ll be back next year!

We had such a lovely time here! My husband and I stopped here en route to Lands End while cycling from Penzance. Enjoyed delish crab sandwiches for lunch, really fresh and tasty, wonderful views also. I spent several hours here drawing and enjoying lunch. It did take a while for the order to come but we weren’t bothered as when it arrived it was so lovely and fresh! Thank you!

Wonderful place in a wonderful location. Staff mirrored the feel of the area - prompt service, but always time to chat and smile and feel relaxed. Huge portions and very tasty food, much of which was sourced locally.

You’ll probably wait for service and get eaten by wasps, but it’s worth it. Everyone’s lovely and what a spot!!! But really, forget the views and swims, you’re really here for the apple pie 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Very pleased to see the cafe (and toilet) open this morning on a Sunday! I agree with others that the toilet has a bit of a weird vibe - saloon style doors is a first! Currently not taking card at the moment which is a bit of a shame and £2 for a simple water too is quite steep. Staff were really nice though!

Great little cafe, simple fare reasonably priced, great to have a coffee and let your mind wonder as you watch the calming sea, washing over the rocks, and the carpark is cheap as well 😀.
