Always love coming here, great service with a smile! They always take my Coeliac disease really seriously, talk me through what I can and can’t have, the fish and chips are gluten free and heavenly!! Sticky toffee pudding too!! Yum! Look forward to returning! Thank you!!

Nice food in this little pub in Peppard full of character with garden area at the back. Recommended to have the cod and was a great choice perfectly cooked sauce was tasty with saffron notes . For desert, I had the lime cheese cake tasted like a pina colada with the pineapple and coconut flavours ..so tasty. Peni was great also with a friendly service !

The staff are so attentive constantly during the service. The meats are really well cooked, soft and juicy. It's better to book for indoor table before turning up but outdoor sitting has been always available when we stopped by to eat something. Thank you for your great customer service. I definitely recommend it.

I had heard so many good reports about the Red Lion, and finally today, Sunday lunchtime, I went there with my family. I was not disappointed. We received a great welcome by friendly staff, excellent service and good plentiful food. I could not fault it in any way. The roast dinners looked lovely. I had fish which had a wonderfully light crispy batter. It's great to see that well behaved dogs are also welcome as so often they have to be left outside. Perfect!

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Cozy and well decorated. A bit fancier than we expected. We didn’t eat but the food sound interesting and looked good

Amazing food and service. We turned up late on a Sunday and were accommodated wonderfully with a last minute post-walk roast. Came back for the "normal" menu and it was equally as delicious. See you soon!

Service was warm and friendly from whole team. Atmosphere very quiet inside. Most people out in garden with drinks. Menu looked creative and delicious but we didn't eat.

My partner and I went for a drive and passed this place and decided to go for a pint. Pints were cold and the Cider was interesting. Tastes good! Geez behind the bar was a good chat, happy to talk to anyone Had some chips too and they were THICC and hot. Very nice day out

Our first visit to the newly refurbished Red Lion was a very pleasant experience. The ambiance is friendly as are the staff, the decor is modern yet entirely in keeping with an old English pub. Having been told it was a 'dog friendly' pub we took our young dog with us. He was given his own bowl of water and thoroughly enjoyed meeting staff and other diners. The food was delicious, with a sensibly limited menu it did not disappoint in flavour or quantity. The wine was splendid and my husbands low alcohol beer was declared to be more interesting and better than most he'd tried. We shall return and maybe next time bring some more family members
